Germanflora Arvostelua 2

I had placed an online order for an orchid plant and a box of very expensive chocolates to be delivered to a residential address. They delivered the chocolate, but not the orchid. When I found out and contacted them, they said that the recipient was notified to go pick up the orchid from the "closest depot within 7 days". He couldn't, because he was in the hospital with his wife. German Flora told me that they couldn't leave the orchid at the address, because is was perishable and after 7 days they had to throw it away. I've never heard of an orchid that dies in 7 days. I asked for an orchid to be re-delivered and they told me I had to pay again, because the order was too old. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all I ordered a flower bouquet on their website to be delivered for the birthday of my friend. It took some time to choose a bouquet because many of them were unavailable but finaly I found one and pass my order. When I pass my order I got an error on their website despite having my bank account charged so I contacted them to know if the order will be sent as I got an error, the support answered that the flowers I ordered are actually not available and they will replace it with what they have in stock... Note that I selected a bouquet which was supposed to be available.
Anyway, to make it even worst they weren't able to deliver on time and the bouquet arrived a day later, my friend was gone and never received the bouquet for her birthday.
I also contacted them on the day of the delivery as nothing arrived but they never answered.
RUN AWAY.
