extremely disappointed with my experience. The website advertised my account as “premium” and “meta,” but the account I received was mid and not premium nowhere near what I expected for how much i paid.

It also said the account would arrive within 24 hours, while mine took well over that to be delivered. I contacted customer support lots of times and never got a response from them. please do not buy from ts site its buns

no longer good, I’ve been waiting almost 24 hours for my account, but I think I know i’m not getting it in the end lol, they use to be really good about it and just have gone down since. they now only respond MAYBE if you give them a bad review and it’s just to threaten you lol.

My friend and I bought two Wuthering Waves accounts to play together, waited 24+ hours to get our accounts, the accounts worked fine for the first two days. I try to login today, and the account email and/or password has been changed, for both me and my friend's account. I've angrily contacted customer service to no response from either email or discord. I am doubtful I'm getting my accounts back, this company has worked with other purchases I've done, and now they pull this from under the rug. Scummy, disgusting and I'm dissapointed.

It’s been like two days or three my account is not here still customer service is really bad. I’m not gonna lie. I tried everywhere I received my other account accounts back then but now on May 5 to 8 still no account Rn

My Raid Shadow Legends order was listed to be delivered fast or at most within 24 hours. It has now crossed 24 hours with no response from customer support. I would suggest avoiding this service.

I bought a wuthering waves account that was connected to some else’s number and email they failed to reply to any emails about my account login being wrong and the email being connected by someone else I have reached out on many platforms and nothing I have videos and photos of it not working but have yet to get anything back from them. It has been a week with no reply I sent around 5 emails messaged on discord and on tiktok for support like on their website and I have not nothing their website support chat does not work. Im not going to be buying anymore. Be aware of them.

Gave account after a long time but was slow and unresponsive

I had experienced an issue in which I didn’t receive the information to my account. The keysender containing the information was blank. I was then emailed by the support team in regards to the order. They expressed that they were sorry for the inconvenience and have given me the choice of a full refund or another account. Overall, great customer service, I hope the account is amazing!
