they didnt have what I want which was primogem account so they gave a character account with no primos instead

I am unable to access the delivered product due to the email being invalid. No support has been provided. Will give an updated review if support reaches out to me.

i didn't receive what I ordered. it more seems like they didn't have what I ordered and they substituted it, which isn't cool. if you don't have it, give me back my money, simple. I emailed, never got a response even though their site states that's their fastest way of communication, really upset.

EDIT: I was contacted on April 23rd and offered a full refund of my order, so because they are willing to make it right, I am back and I will give them their five stars. Thank you.

I bought a Dragon Ball legends account, which i did get but it didn't come with the chrono crystals so I'm lowkey disappointed.

I never got the info to the account, they just sent me an email saying it was delivered and a blank link to the login information. Sucks because I’ve bought here multiple times. Not worth it, don’t buy.

Previous owner tried to log back onto the account and the account been locked out with the message "too many requests. please try again later". Emailed support about the situation and no replies after a day. Account also used hacks to farm primos and rolls.

Accepted my loss and made a fresh account. Proceed with caution.
