Gemma's enthusiasm and clear instructions are very helpful and motivating. Her flexibility and care for the individual and their capabilities and needs makes her an excellent teacher.

Gemma makes the class fun. She is very good at getting you working at your own pace with gentle encouragement. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have being going to Gemma for a few years now and I love her easy welcoming style. I had a rotator cuff injury and doing her Pilates classes twice a week I am now back to full movement and no pain. She is fab and I really recommend that anyone tries her classes whatever their level of fitness or age.

Its fun ,friendly atmosphere and good work out. Pilates Session could be a bit longer as you can't work out evry aspect in 45 minutes
