Great class, Gemma is very knowledgeable and encouraging

I have attended Gemma's Gentle Pilates class for many years and at the age of 80 I believe I have good mobility, core strength and balance still as a result.
Gemma is so good at suggesting alternatives to some exercises she is teaching if restricted movement is an issue.
I can totally recommend any of her classes as she works so hard to offer something for everyone, and I believe she succeeds in that.
Gemma makes all her classes such fun!

Entering class, greeted with such a friendly welcome, Gemma has cheerful enthusiasm, energy & dry humour which makes classes very entertaining. Always on hand to assist with those in need to help limb movements. Having Completed classes, it makes you feel refreshed, energised and puts us in a postive frame of mind to set up beautifully for the day.
