The two maps (Te Anau and Manapouri) which I ordered on 11 December 2024 and which I expected to be delivered by surface mail had not been delivered to a street address in Perth, Western Australia by 12 February 2025. The company issued a receipt for the maps and the Visa payment was processed two days later
Two emails sent to the company to enquire about the maps were answered by an automated reply which did not address my enquiry.

Great products, great prices

I always check out GearShop’s range before making a purchase for my hiking gear as they have a great range of quality products at competitive prices, Website is easy to navigate with many different payment options and delivery to the North Island is quick so it’s a no brainer to check them out first

No problems with ordering

No problems with ordering, arrived in good time, all there, no issues. Good prices too, the gaiters were about $20 less than I saw in a store.

Basic combo belt. Super awesome

Having shopped with game gear before I know how awesome the products are but what really blew me away was the speed of delivery. I live rural Blenheim, I ordered it at around 2pm and it was here the next morning at 9 and for only $10. I bought the basic combo belt and it is a beauty. Super comfy, heaps of room for more pouches if needed can’t wait to hit the hills with. My boys are already asking me for smaller kid versions
