Gearshop Arvostelua

Always excellent fast service and shipping. Great gear too!

Good quality camping products that can be relied on in inclement weather. Great range of products and amazing customer service!

High quality item at an incredible price. So happy!! Thanks Gearshop :)

Love browsing through gearshop website, so much cool stuff. I ordered a pair of snowshoes at a great price.
They arrived when they said they would, if I was to be picky, I'd like it if the delivery could be a bit quicker.

Fantastic as always, great deals. Items posted promptly. Thank you again!

Good product range and discounted price. Obviously hag a big demand but kept me informed about delay so that was good. Parcel is on the way so excited to receive it. Trying to get together a survival kit. Thanks

I returned a frame bag as it did not fit my bike. Gearshop kindly gave me a voucher to the value of the bag. In the meantime, I bought a bigger bike and asked for the frame bag to be returned. They promptly returned the bag, with I much appreciated. This is awesome customer service.

Great service

Returned an item for a different size. Quick and easy. Thanks a lot.

I’ve ordered a fair bit from Gearshop over the past few years. Always delivered to Auckland. Gear is always top quality and boxed which feels safe and secure. Always dispatched within the timeframe, sometimes right on the last day but have never gone over. Arrives quick once dispatched! Also the point system is so helpful and makes purchases feel meaningful as the system actually works well. Great company and I always recommend!

Good update for delivery 👌

Good gear. Got it on special. Speedy delivery and clear communication.

Thank you

instantaneous order processing, delivery within 2 days between islands

Personal service! Slight hiccup with stock v order was sorted with several options offered. Very happy with gear and knowing I'm dealing with good people.

Boots were great and they turned up in a couple of days. Needed to exchange them for a larger size which was super easy and also really quick.

Staff we're super helpful and helped fit my new back pack. Offered advise and really quick reply to emails. Recommend. Sale prices allowed me to upgrade on what I initially intended to buy.

Items arrived well packaged and within a couple of days - thanks very much for the great service

Friendly and helpful assistance based on staff who had used the equipment.

Gearshop is awesome! They carry all the best outdoor brands, great prices and amazing clearance deals! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Fast shipping, hassle free. Highly recommend Gearshop and will be back to buy more gear in future!
