Fast service and well packaged
Fast service and well packaged. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong hanger and it was easy to send it back. Communication with them was clear and helpful. The refund was prompt once the hanger was returned. I will be keeping gearmechhager in mind for future orders. Thank you!

Super efficient service
Placed an order at 3.40pm on a Friday for FSA MR019 headset bearings I needed for my 2020 Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 TM. Order was picked and processed before their 4pm deadline and arrived via first class post Saturday morning, in time for the weekend’s ride. Brilliant!
