I am very dissatisfied with the delivery process. While the translation initially contained errors, these were subsequently corrected. However, the delivery of the original documents was unreasonably delayed. It took more than two weeks, despite multiple follow-up requests from my side.

It didn't take long this time.

It was a very bad experience. After submitting my documents to be transcribed, GEO sent me an invoice. After paying, I received an email from GEO saying they cannot transcribe because my documents are incomplete and there is no refund as per their policy, I should have read their refund policy before.

I believe what I wanted to be analyzed wasn’t properly understood, and the documents were not reviewed correctly.

I ended up spending twice due to the institution’s lack of understanding.
