I had an excellent experience with the company. I was very satisfied with the quality and the efficiency of the service provided.

They are quick to collect payment from clients without laying out documentation criteria needed for transcript evaluation. Despite paying for expedited service, service was delayed. There was no way to get a hold of them besides email (phone number listed on their website is out of service) They refused to provide their mailing address to receive documents by mail. It wasn't until a refund was requested that service was finally rendered after days of back and forth. Very disappointed!

I highly recommend their service. The person that was handling my requests was very nice and answered all of my questions clearly everytime. And the translator's work was excellent.

It took three weeks, and I didn't like the process; it was very slow. Also, the originals arrived folded in a letter envelope. The correct thing to do was send them in a large 8 x 11 envelope so the paper wouldn't bend. Because they are originals.

On the first page of the validation, they should clarify or eliminate the alternatives for non-validated studies and non-validated profession.
The correct thing to do is to indicate that the university or seminary is not validated in the United States, because it confuses the answer.
Then they clarify this at the bottom of the first page when they provide the equivalent.
Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you.
