Second time I used GB DIY store. The handles are really good quality. Postage is fast. I was short delivered by 1 handle but a quick email resolved the issue and they sent me an extra handle. They all fitted really well and have upgraded the look of all My doors and windows. Website easy to navigate too, and check you have all the right fixings

One of my handles had a small chip in the paint finish. I raised the concern and a replacement was sent out the next day. Fantastic customer support and great products Highly recommend

I went to the depot myself to make sure j got the correct handles. The man i saw was very helpful, saved me some money buying better quality handles that were old stock. I will be using them again when necessary.
