Scammers... Keep away from them. I had to fight to get a refund from them. I registered for one package and they charged me for 2 additional charges. When I checked my account, I was alarmed. Called them the same day and went through hurdles to get refund. They are very dishonest. Please stay away from this website. Gays do not be scammed!

Ich hatte die schriftliche Bestätigung BEIDER Plattformen über meine Kündigung per eMail am 19.07.2020 erhalten. Auf meinem gaysgodating-Profil war nun angezeigt, dass ich bis 12.08.2020 ein Monats-Mitgliedschaft für 25 Euro gebucht hatte.
Allerdings wurde meinem Konto neben den 25 Euro auch noch für mich unerklärbare Kosten in Höhe von 68,56 Euro eingezogen. Diese habe ich zurückbuchen lassen und dem Service von gaysgodating.com geschrieben. Diese teilten mir mit, dass ich zwar meine Abozahlung am 17.07. gekündigt habe aber die kostenlose Testzeit ja überschritten war, einen weiteren Abozreitraum für 68,56 Euro zu zahlen hätte.
Da ich die Bestätigung von gaysgodating.com habe, dass ich ein Abo bis 12.08. habe - mein Account bestätigt am 17.07. gekündigt wurde, und dieser Betrag in keiner einzigen Ankündigung stand, hab ich bei der Rechtsberatung des Verbraucherschutzvereins Rat eingeholt. Ich solle nicht zahlen und wenn tatsächlich mit Mahnbescheid gearbeitet wird, Strafanzeige stellen. Gestern, am 13.08.2020 erhielt ich ein Schreiben von eCollect-INKASSO mit einer Forderung in Höhe von 144,95 EUR. Inkassogebühren mit sog. Auslagepauschale übersteigt den Forderungsbetrag. Für kommende Woche habe ich einen neuen Termin bei der Rechtsberatung und wohl auch einen bei der Polizei zur Betrugsanzeige.

This site is a complete rip off. I had no exchanges with real guys in my area. Messages I received were from bots—every message worded in the same way and from guys hundreds or thousands of miles away. It is almost impossible to cancel the recurring membership. This site is not what it advertises itself to be. Beware.

The received another message from Admin in site threatening to fine me 400 pounds per day if I fail to sign up for web cam subscription. They take you card details and also share with network of sites
You Must phone to cancel as the terms and conditions state you have to request deactivation of subscription on profile but when you do request it the site states you have to ring to cancel.

Got an unhelpful customer service person stating g I signed up for it and also by pressing continue on the sign I am automatically agreeing to the extra premium charges he got very irate until I stated under consumer regulations 2014 for EU that they are illegally taking money, terms and conditions are not stated and I am requesting all subscriptions to be cancelled and removed and I do not consent to any future payments and am not liable to any future payments, fine with their company or sister company site or sub sites etc

On 06.18 I made a trial account for 1 day. I paid the prescribed 0.99$. Within an hour I realized this was not me and decided to cancel my trial membership. Unfortunately that is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of a painful trial I'm undergoing.

Red Alert # 1:I got 16 bot/spam messages.
Red Alert# 2: you cannot cancel your membership on the website. You have to call.
Red Alert # 3: I called and asked for my account to be cancelled on 06.18 (same day). The rep tried to get me onto another account. I said No. Then, she tells me she cannot remove my card details from the account (BIG red alert). She however assured me I will not be charged.
Red Alert # 4: On 06.20, my card calls me and asks if I attempted a charge for 36.66 (this is the exact amount for a monthly membership on the website). I say no, block my card, and immediately call the website's customer service. The rudest customer service rep accuses me of signing up for a different website (Jmec). She claims the charge is legitimate. I tell her I did not sign up for a different website. She said maybe I did not know how to use websites. I explained, in a very calm voice, that I'm a Google employee who coded in the language that these website are written in. I ask if her she can confirm that no other website will try charging me. She says she cannot confirm any such thing until I am charged/a charge is attempted.
UPDATE: I told the rude customer rep to connect me to a manager. She asked me to call back in an hour. When I did, Alex, who made the rude rep seem like an angel, all but swore at me, said she won't connect me to a manager, and when I was talking, HUNG UP on me. Call length: 12 min.

I have recorded all three of my calls with this company in case I need to drag these fraudsters to court. I have all their emails too.

Did you know? This website is part of a syndicate of a staggering 16 dating websites, all of which are fraudsters filled with bots. They will relentlessly try to charge you without your consent. You get rid of your account on one dating site, you will get charged on another. This is Black Mirror on speed.

TL;DR: DO NOT sign up with them. And if you have, cancel your card right away, as I have just done.

It's my only credit card and I'm in the middle of lockdown without a credit card.

Nothing but a huge scam, within an hour of signing up, I got a message asking to verify my age from someone claiming to be a site admin, they tried charging my card $4,000. Site is a total scam and is not worth the headache
