I've had a very frustrating experience with Gay Go Dating. The app promises a three-day trial period, but it's impossible to cancel within that time frame because they simply do not respond to emails. I sent multiple requests to cancel my trial, but received no response whatsoever. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and it feels like a deliberate tactic to charge users for a full subscription. Be wary of signing up for the trial period unless you're prepared to be charged.

By subscribing to this website, you will agree (without your knowledge) to be subscribed to another website that costs even more than this one. Sure, they come here and say "well you agreed to it!" but of course, it's all well hidden in the small prints. The fact is, I'm sure 99% of the people who "agree" never even ever visit that other website.
In short, no matter what the owners will try to pretend here, this website and their "trusted partners" (ie. mirror sites) aren't much more than a waste of money at best, but really only a big scam.
Oh yeah, if you want to unsubscribe, you actually have to call them, which is another super-annoying stinky way of doing business.
I wish they'd work harder on creating an actual, legit dating site rather than just trying to scam everyone.

My experience: When I was a FREE member, I got hundreds of messages in a very short time making me falsely believe that people are really interested in meeting me. Now, when I am a PAID member, I get nothing, no responds at all for a long time! Not even from the 60-70 years old!!! Does this website run by a robot, by a chatbot that responds instead of real people and is it a scam website just to get the money out of people? Why are they using a self-replicating website that goes on and on for ever demanding more money on every single website? How does this website work at all? What is the opinion of other people about this website? Once people paid for a membership, why can't they connect at all with each other? It is a well designed but anti-gay website that makes every single user frustrated.

They say there’s a special offer of paying for two sites. LOL WHO DOES THAT and it is necer stated in the agreement that if you pay for 1 site you have to pay for the other so stop messing with people’s money you scammers. Oh yeah there’s an agreement but the moment you pay you don’t show the agreement it is hidden LOL, every other app or sites clearly show the agreement so that it can be read well by the people. Except obviously your site. I’ve contacted and sent multiple emails and you offer what? Another scam offering ofcourse of 1 week trial. Never again.

Another person caught out!!! By there small print scam when you sign up for the 0.99p trail you are also automatically signed up for a sister site called JHlive.com if you don't tick the box???? You will be billed for this site also £45.00 reading the reviews seems like this is how they make there money very cleaver set up that is very deceit full really!!! Beware guys when trailing this site!!!!

you know how i know this website is 100% BS ?!??? upon attempting to “purchase” a membership my BANKS FRAUD TEAM INSTANTLY texted my phone and blocked my debit card for 99 CENTS ! why on earth would any website cause such a trigger in a banking fraud department for that little of an amount if it was 100 percent LEGIT ! because its NOT !

I started getting messages before I had created a profile or uploaded a photo. Yes, “real people” wanted to meet me knowing absolutely nothing about me; not my age, weight, race or anything. When was the last time you sent a date message to someone like that? Next, while I’m filling out my profile, I’m getting so many notifications on my [laptop] screen “from hot guys” it was difficult to fill in my info. All of these messages were all from younger handsome guys, all in shape, many shirtless, but none of them old or fat. What site doesn’t have those?

When I clicked on the three dots on the notification bubble that allows you to deselect receiving them, they still show up, no matter how many times you tell it not to. I got messages like: “You definitely have a couple of great selfies on your phone..I’ll be waiting.” And: “How’s your cock? Mine is waiting for your lips”. People don’t talk like that. Maybe I have a 3” dick, you wouldn’t know since I haven’t finished my profile. I should mention one came from Syracuse, NY, and I’m in Miami, FL 1,458 miles away.

You can’t copy a photo directly, so I captured screenshots of profile photos, pasted that into Word, then turned that into a jpeg, cropped the screenshot to just the profile photo and BAM! The photos were grabbed off the internet; they were not genuine profiles no matter what the site response to this is going to be. They know by virtue of reviews that they have been exposed and can only grab money from people who haven’t read them. The company will say the same old thing, like they remove fake profiles or don’t condone it or whatever, but other sites don’t seem to have a problem with hosting legitimate profiles and minimizing fake ones. I mean, what people say in their profiles might not be true (age, weight, etc), but at least they are real people you can talk to and meet, but not on this site.

Before I found the procedure to cancel my free account, I deleted my profile text, photos and preferences. They wanted to know why and “scammers” was the choice I selected. They claim they will send a cancellation code to your email before they will do it. That email never arrived and you have to use that code they say they will give you, then you have to put that in a box on the site to complete the cancellation. They even tell you it will take an hour to get that email, although they sent instant emails when I signed up. After 4 hours and multiple tries, they still have not sent me a code to cancel. So, even with a free account, they make it difficult. I want to cancel because the site is useless unless you pay. You can’t use the message function for free, which means you can’t use the site. All you can do is create a profile, so you can receive the fake messages, but you can’t respond to them.

Do not use a debit or credit card for this or any site. Spend a few bucks on a $25-$100 VISA gift card and use that so you know the maximum you can lose. It can’t be renewed if nothing is on it, or if there is less than the renewal charge, because it won’t go through.

If you can't message people on a dating site, then what exactly are you supposed to do with it?

Lors de mon inscrption, j ai été la proie d un disfonctionnement de connexion (pas de contrôle de qualité informatique). Mon inscription a été pour 3 mois (90 jours) et je reçois un email de fin d inscription limé de 9 jours ! Le montant débité de la mastercard a été supérieur à ma confirmation du montant abonnement!
Du coup, j ai perdu entière confiance à leur bon fonctionnement. C est une pratique de GESTION DÉLOYALE !!!
Le service de contact du site m offre un dédommagement pour les lacunes subies en me proposant de changer mon abonnement en "Premium" à défaut de me rembourser. Malgré mes demandes de remboursements à plusieurs reprises, c est un "NON" catégorique !
Alors à vos risques est périls !!!

Total scammer of a company.they have tried to obtain monies of £47+, for a membership i didn't ask for,or signed up for.I paid for a week membership, and cancelled it the same time, so auto renew didn't or wouldn't apply.They immediately tried to get access to my bank,who rang me, and cancelled the request,they have since tried another 3 times, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 23rd January 23.Im awaiting a response from them as to why.Dont use this company or it's services,they are total scammers.
The reply i have just received is one that they use to cover themselves.The issue is that they attempted to take out monies before my 1 week subscription had expired.,they did this at the same time i had paid for it.They then attempted to do so on 2 other occasions, even tho i cancelled the auto renew after i purchased the 1 week subscription.Has for it wąs my choice to accept full subscription, it's so well hidden,i didn't see it, because it is pre-selected, and you have to unselect it.Therefore i reject the excuse thi it was myself who chose the full subscription, this is just a charade to get themselves out of the situation.

Hice la suscripción de 1 día de prueba ( 1.99 ) y el día seguinte apareció un cargo en mi tarjeta de 41 euros , además de otro de 13 y después de haber reclamado aún me debitaran en la tarjeta 38 euros .
Ellos dicen que la suscripción de 1.99 se renova automaticamente para una mensual de 41 .
Legalmente eso tiene que ser informado antes de realizar el pago de la misma y que aceptes essas condiciones pero hasta que hagas el pago no salen en ningún momento tales condiciones para que las aceptes .Esto es ilegal .
Estoy iniciando un processo legal contra esta app.

I respectfully disagree with the responses to the reviewers on here from Gaysgodating administration. Everything someone is complaining about happened to me. It can't be a coincidence. Where there is smoke there is fire!

I don’t normally complain, but enough is enough here.

I signed up for a free two day period. Their site would not allow me to cancel. Their five page “do you really want to cancel” crap is very confusing. My cancellation didn't go through.

This is my billing:

Oct 22,2022 $50.59 from auto-renew (cancelation)
Oct 23,2022 $48.06 ***
Oct 24,2022 $19.19 added features added to site

*** In the fine print they enroll you on a second website and charge you $48.06 because they have full use of your credit card.

I had no picture and an empty profile and was receiving emails from all over North America. Just to be clear not from real people! They have a function on their website that send messages from and to you and everyone on the site.

That’s when I cancelled my two-day trial and sent an email to customer service. The payment still went through, and another payment went through the next day and the next. Told by Customer Service it must have been something I did on my side, and They can’t issue credits on accounts. They still went on offering me extended service if I didn’t cancel. The customer service agents are degrading and unprofessional.

Now I’m reading the reviews and seeing the truth. I should have read the reviews first!

Like many websites this one has a short trial offer.If you choose this make sure you cancel before it converts to the monthly subscription at £47.50 and also be aware that there is a box pre ticked to say you agree to also join another site for a three day trial and it also converts to a monthly sub at £47.50 so make sure you UNTICK that box.Ignore my advice and you could be £95 down.

Ce site n'en veut qu'à votre argent, beaucoup de profils me paraissent plutôt suspects et certainement faux, si vous demandez la suppression de votre compte en ligne il vous est imposé d'appeler un numéro surtaxé.
J'ai tenté de demander la suppression immédiate de mon compte au support pendant la période d'essai (payante) et il ne m'ont pas répondu dans les 24 heures comme promis tout en tentant de charger ma carte de débit. 48 heures après j'attends toujours des nouvelles de leur service de support. Arnaque à fuir !!!

Bloß fernhalten, die Inhaber der Webseite sind Betrüger!!!! Obwohl ich mich ganz klar sowohl schriftlich, als auch telefonisch eindeutig abgemeldet habe gemäß AGBs, wird weiterhin Geld ohne meine Erlaubnis und Wissen von meinem Bankkonto abgezogen, obwohl es so telefonisch auch nicht abgemacht war. und das ist nicht nur bei mir der Fall.
Achtung. Das gilt für beide Webseiten, sowohl für Gaystryst.com als auch Gaysgodating.com. Das sind Betrüger, sie hindern euch auf allen Wegen euch von der Webseite abzumelden, egal was und wie ihr es macht. Meldet euch schon gar nicht an, das ist sehr gefährlich, danach kommen hohe Kosten auf euch zu. Die AGBs werden uminterpretiert und völlig lächerliche Behauptungen wegen angeblich gescheiterte Abmeldungsversuchen gemacht. Sie schreiben bei jeder Bewertung dass sie angeblich helfen wollen, was sie jedoch gar nicht tun. There are hidden costs and you cannot unsubscribe even if you follow the terms and conditions. They are scammers, many have complained about them, so be careful!

This is a scam site. As once user noted, you are charged $50 because the website adds an additional offer. The messages in your inbox are from bots. The company for this site has multiple dating sites, including gaystryst and bromo dating. If you click on those sites, your credit card is automatically attached, so don't click to buy anything. How do I know? My profile pic from one site is on the others, even though I never created an account on those sites. I can't even log in to those sites but I can see my profile on those sites when I click a link that says others are waiting to hear from me.

Beware, this is a scam!!
They make you sign up to see messages which are all scam messages, you sign up for the 3 day trial but they automatically sign you up for a subscription. I followed their protocol to cancel my subscription immediately even calling the call centre yet they still deducted two separate amounts claiming I agreed to some other crap when I called. These people are thieves. Stay away!

Wenn man(n) das Proeabo, a 0,99 € pro Tag) aus Neugierde testen möchte, sollte man sich zügig durch die Plattform bewegen und sich dann innerhalb von max. 20 Stunden für das Bleiben oder Kündigen entscheiden. Das Kündigungsprozedere muss innerhalb von 24h nach Aktivierung des Abos geschehen, sonst hat man ein sehr, sehr teueres Monatsabo am Hals. Der KündigungsLoop ist schon ein wenig heftig, muss man aber durch! Achtung, wenn man das Probeabo ordert, versuchen sie Dir direkt noch 2 oder 3 Features weitere zu verkaufen und dann wird es richtig teuer. Also, Obacht! Die Seite selbst eher uninteressant. Die Messages, die ich erhielt waren vom Wortlaut alle, wie soll ich es ausdrücken, sehr agressiv, sprich solche Messages habe ich auf anderen Plattformen so noch nie erhalten. Irgendwie hatte ich das Gefühl, als wenn aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche übersetzt wurde. Wie gesagt, dies ist mein Eindruck.
