Hi,

Can you please tell me why you were using my vehicle to go back to Gatwick airport whilst I was on holiday ? I did not give you permission to drive my vehicle backwards and forwards to the airport !

How do I know this ? Because I have received a parking ticket from NCP as my vehicle was parked in a disabled bay on the 10th october ! I was in sunny Egypt from when I dropped the vehicle to you on the 5th !!

This is without on my return ringing you as you requested 30 minutes before we due out to be told to ring when your past baggage, so I ring when past baggage to be told you would be 30-40 minutes !!

To then be told because you had parked in 2 different areas we had 2 £5 fees to pay to get out !!

Your a bunch of pirates !!

365 Gatwick parking are criminals.
DO NOT USE . They do not do as they say . They smoked in my lease car causing me to be charged . They left rubbish in my car , confidential information fro the previous clients. Rude . Unhelpful , disrespectful. Unkind . COWBOYS

Horrific company.

I had to pay £5 on arrival, £10 cash collection fee plus another £5 to leave.

Just received a parking fine for the drivers of my vehicle parking in a drop off zone whilst I was still on the plane.

Avoid at all costs

My car has been used while in their care. There are drink bottles and chocolate wrappers in the door pockets. I have emailed twice but not had any reply to my emails

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Had the most traumatic experience. Driver very rude and left without taking our car.
On getting in touch with the company no help or refund received yet.

Took our money and treated us pathetically.

NEVER USE THEM.

Arrival at the airport was fine. Met by the parking company on time.
On collection whilst the driver arrived on time this was about the only positive.

Bad points!
The car has 3 energy drink cans strewn across the front. Rude driver. Not mine, not my issue.
The stereo sound balance has been adjusted so some speakers turned off, the stations reset with only BBC Asian stored in the memory (not my doing!)
The front seats, steering wheel, heating settings, light settings all changed.
The money in my arm rest gone apart from about 15p in coppers.
Internal vehicle control settings changed so the boot didn't open fully.
Someone has had a right play whilst im away!!

The car covered in mud inside and out. Assuming its been parked in a field somewhere.
75 miles added to the clock - storage facility is <10 or so. the other 55miles their personal taxi I assume.

All in all pretty poor and no regard for your vehicle. If you have anything half decent and want to keep it that way. Find other means of parking. Parking it in the gheto would fare better after a week away!

Wish I had read these reviews first but booked through Just Park Me website so didn't really know the name of the company I was using, I stupidly accepted the reviews of the bookign agent (who by the way is also being most unhelpful). My feedback is much the same as others. Bunch of dishonest cowboys and you have no comeback it seems. Surely we should launch a group action of some sort, even it's standing at the airport warning others! 50 miles used on the clock, car came back dirty, mud on both front carpets so someone had been a passenger, dent/scratch in back bumper and no response to multiple emails regarding this in over a month. How are they allowed to continue operating?

Never again would i use this company. Had to book last minute due to train strikes, i should have looked at the reviews first. handed over my keys to a man with a piece of paper, stupid me this could have been anybody. Told to pay five pound at the machine, obviously so he could gain access out of the parking area. our flight was late arriving due to lack of staff at Gatwick, another headache. Rang the company to inform them that we had landed and were waiting for our luggage. The car was on there on arrival at the meeting point. Eventually i can only describe him as being quite an aggressive man turned up demanding £20 in cash for late arrival. Asked to pay by card, he demanded cash. Then i was given another card to pay £5 to get out of the car park. On the way home whist driving i received a call from the company to say that that driver had reported i refused to pay him the £20. I explained that he was given a £20 note and asked why both the car mats were covered in mud. the phone was put down without any explanation. Since arriving home, for over a week now i have been phoning the company for them to send me a receipt for the cash i paid to no avail. I will not give up. Each time i phone, the call rings out unanswered or put down. Yesterday i was told that an email will be sent when thay have passed it on to their admin dept. A sour note to the end of a lovely holiday. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS. THEY MAY BE CHEAPER BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. A RUBBISH SERVICE.

We weren’t told exactly where to drop off and couldn’t find the staff person. Then a man in plain clothes said he worked for them. Didn’t show ID but did have a list of cars that included ours. Received our car back mostly quickly enough. However they must have parked it in a mud pit, as the tyres were very muddy. Concerned about longterm moisture corroding the undercarriage. Will not use them again.

Terrible service, never use!! They don’t monitor flights, even though they ask for your flight number so that’s pointless, they charge extra for delayed arrival due to flight changes. They also make you pay parking both ways. They left us waiting for our car for over an hour at 3am with a young baby. Just an awful experience really, will be paying more up front for a better parking service next time. Also they tracked mud through our car, and drove to the wrong terminal to drop off the car.

Literally the worst decision I’ve made in 2022 was to use this company. They extorted additional money from us for being late due to a delayed flight and traffic accidents. Only to now have me standing here with my 8 month old baby at 3.42 am for almost an hour for them to bring back the car! What a shitshow!

When we arrived back to collect the car, we found that it smelled heavily of smoke. It's clear that the drivers of this company had no qualms about smoking in another person's car. It took days and a lot of washing to get the smell out so it was obviously a heavy smoker! More importantly, on looking at the car the next day, it had dents in the boot. The driver had obviously backed into something. It has taken me over a month to get a reply from the company about this and their contracting company, Ezybook, was no better. I was eventually told by both that their terms and conditions would not cover the damage because I did not report the dents when I got the car at the airport. I can't argue with that but it's a moral issue, the fact remains that this company's drivers damaged the car and used it as a smoking room. Absolute disgrace.

Complete cow boys with no respect for your car. Do not book with this company.

Booked with 365 valet company without checking reviews BIG MISTAKE.
Was told to meet one of there drivers at North terminal car park 6 level 4 . First impressions not good he had a piece of paper with my details , so I left my car keys. On my return I was told to check my car thoroughly before the driver leaves good luck doing that, by the time I had put my luggage in the boot he gone. I had a quick check every thing seemed fine, when I was leaving the car park a light came on my dashboard say tyre pressure was low so I pulled over had a look again every thing seemed fine. I reset it an continued home. Next morning the light was on again, on further inspection one tyre pressure was low. To cut it short the alloy wheel had been cracked I did warn the driver.
Overall one cracked wheel, muddy foot prints in the passenger side ,passenger seat lying right back and it took them 1 hour to deliver my car. The mud must of come from the Ranch these cow boys operate from.
STAY WELL CLEAR.

Appalling service, total bunch of cowboys.
The number you are told to ring was disconnected and so we rang more than 50 times over the course of an hour and could not speak to anyone to collect the car. Eventually we found a different number on google but was given little information by the staff on the other end. Then made to pay additional car park fees and had to meet on a different floor than what was on the instructions. No apology or anything.
Car was also returned late (had to wait another hour on arrival) and it was dirty inside.
NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely terrible - SCAM
No one to meet us at the short stay car park, and didn’t make instructions clear.
When returning, I ended up having to pay £360 parking because this company could not do the simple task of meeting us where they said they would.
Get told that if we hand over the keys to a random man with no identification, and we get in a random car, get taken to a shell garage off site, we only have to pay £250 CASH.
Something shady going on, avoid this company, needs to be shut down.

45 minutes to return the car and they had helped themselves to my parking money - my fault for sure but for Gatwick Valet Parking I would say slow, untrustworthy and AVOID.

After collecting my car I was called by the police to tell me they caught the 365 driver doing 130mph in my car on the m23.
I thought the dash cam being disabled was strange when I collected the car after my trip.
Shockingly bad and should be avoided

Appalling service , lost keys , couldn’t find car for over 3 hours , waited in the cold with zero support , no updates. We had call at least 20 times just find out what was going on. Trying to get a refund is impossible as you can’t contact anyone with a brain.
Never use this lot of liars and cheats .
Worst service I’ve ever experienced and they just don’t care. I am sure they will just change their name and carry on a pathetic and unsatisfactory service .

We had no problems when leaving the car but when we arrived back we called to let them know we had arrived and they pointed out we owed them £20 as we were later than the time on our invoice so I said OK as I just wanted to get home however when the car arrived it was covered in mud someone had clearly been doing wheelspins the inside was also covered in mud and an extra 24 miles had been put on it they had also broke my key fob so I told the man to stick his £20 there was no way I was paying him . And since cleaning I have noticed they have chipped my front spoiler
I have since tried to complain but they only have one number for everything and was told that i should email as that goes through to the manager anyway bunch of cowboys and I am giving them a -10 star rating absolutely rubbish company no people skills whatsoever and have no care towards people's vehicles please do not use them !!!!!!
