Gatekeeper Arvostelua

Excellent service

Everything ran on time, and Grace was really friendly , knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!
Also the property shown was amazing.

Harry is such an accommodating person. Thank you for your time showing the property !

I have been using Gatekeeper to manage my property for some time now. As local, independent agents, I feel that they are providing reliable information based on local knowledge.
I am kept well informed about all aspects of the tenancy; from tenant matters and maintenance, to legislation changes and account information for example.
Lucy and Kenya in particular have been friendly and helpful, providing a personal service whilst also being professional. I am confident that they know me, and also my property well. It is always easy to get in touch whether by phone or e mail.

Very friendly was on time and able to answer questions

Amazing communication through every step, very friendly team and easy to contact with any questions

Grace knew about the property, was polite, on time and answered all questions. Very helpful :-)

Booking a viewing was extremely easy. Harry was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

Excellent experience

I had a viewing today which was not the best - whilst the rep from the estate agent was friendly enough, I was never told that a) the tenants would be in the property, or b) as a result of tenants being in the property that it would not be possible to access all areas comfortably or easily (ie there was a lady praying between the entrance and kitchen, so I couldn’t enter to see the kitchen).

If people are taking time out of their busy schedule to view, they should be confident that the viewing will be of the most benefit for them within that time given.

Again, I do not blame the person showing me around but more transparency by the people placing the bookings would be helpful.

Joseph was very professional also very polite towards the current tenants and towards us. Many thanks to Joseph for showing us around and being professional

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Dan from Gatekeeper. He stood out for his incredible patience and professionalism.
What we appreciated most was his honesty. Dan was completely candid with every single question we asked, giving us transparent insights rather than just a standard sales pitch. He has a remarkable ability to balance the interests of both the buyer and the seller, ensuring a fair and smooth communication process throughout. Dan is clearly well-versed in current market conditions, and his rich experience shone through at every stage. His customer-handling skills are top-notch, making what can often be a stressful process feel manageable and straightforward. I would honestly and highly recommend the Gatekeeper team, and especially Dan, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! Good Luck

Grace was very polite, punctual and professional. It was a great experience.

We couldn't be happier with working with gatekeeper. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kenya, who was friendly, helpful and always just a text message/call away. She managed to get our house sold at near asking price in just over 2 weeks! Highly recommend

Friendly and helpful

Charlie was great and so helpful. He kept us updated the whole way and if we had any questions, he was quick to answer them. If we ever spoke with anyone else at Gatekeeper they were equally as friendly too.

I had a viewing today with grace and I was really impressed with her. She was right on time, explained everything clearly, very professional and very informative. I will definitely recommend her and the entire gatekeeper team.

Joseph was very personable. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to have a proper look round without any pressure. He answered my questions and any that he didn’t know the answer to he said he would find out for me.

Extremely professional, the presentation of the property was coordinated with attention to detail, all my questions regarding the property was delivered professionally and transparent.
