Gate Insure Arvostelua 

I cancelled my policy as I sold my car and they charged me £125 just in fees, I did get a refund for duration remaining but I believe no one else charges that much for cancellations.

Top lad from support got my windscreen replaced only bad aspect was it took 2 weeks. cheap excess too.

Was able to get my daughter insured on her first car for a grand cheaper than what,hastings where-offering me! The only problem I had was the deposit, I was forced to pay a large upfront sum.

Had issue but customer support was very professional fixed problem for me in a minutes.

took ages to cancel my policy after being with them for a month my car was SORN... but they didnt charge me alot of fees but took a long time for a refund! will be getting a new policy with them never the less..

Found them from Facebook happy with the service so far.. I will make a 2nd update in 8 months when my policy finishes

Decent but wait times could be better. Cover itself is fine and the price was reasonable. Only problem is I was on hold a while when I emailed and tried live chat about adding a second driver. Once I got through it was sorted properly though.

From start to finish they were great, however still waiting on my amended insurance document, but would defo recommend your company! Thankyou

Bunch of cowboys. Fake insurance took policy out for me in a females name who lives the other end of the country. I’m assuming so they could get the car to show insured without having to pay for my policy

Highly recommended for a great price quote. Only issue I had was the website didnt let me generate quotes after editing any info. Kept stating flow error. And did this was done atleast 5 times. Which was annoying. Otherwise so far so good. So safe driving.

My uncles car has been started with gate for nearly a week since its policy start and still not green on MID…

Live chat was initially took time to route me through to an agent but in the end Callum went above and beyond assisting me. Great company in my opinion. Great referrals program for existing customers too they have reduced my instalment price.

Best car insurance

Was great until they upped my price by 200 on renewal! I thought no claims were suppose to mean something…..

I tried getting quoted elsewhere but gate insure had the best prices. The support was lovely and quick. Would definitely recommend to others!

Special thanks to Leigh from customer support, she went above and beyond assisting me with all the queries and I was a heavy burden for her as I did not know how to add additional driver to my policy, I was even refunded after adding the second driver! Fab company, I wish they had multi-car too.

I was told quote is valid for 14 days but closer to the start date when I went through with an earlier cover start date they increased the price by a fair amount, apparently quotes are valid but depending on cover start date being closer they still added on. Otherwise actually a 5 star experience…

Was quoted about £500 more than hastings youdrive and I went for Gate as it doesn’t include a black box, got 3 drivers on the policy, I didn’t have high hopes to be honest in the beginning but policy is truly fully comprehensive despite having some high price optional extras.

Mate recommended Gate and I am glad he did. Got a better price than I had been paying for the last two years. Took about ten minutes total.
