Hassle-free boiler service

Excellent service from Gas Service Ltd. Chris reviewed our very old heating system and explained everything clearly so we understood what needed improving. He installed our new boiler with great care. A short while later, Sean carried out a full power flush of our heating system and again took the time to explain the process and answer all our questions. Both were extremely professional, polite, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. We’re delighted with the work and highly recommend them.

Gas Service Ltd Have serviced my new gas boiler installed two years ago. The quality of the boiler fitting and the yearly service is top class , and l,m happy to recomend the company to any one looking for gas services.

Very poor experience. I paid out £273.64 to have my boiler fixed, but the technician had to visit my property three times and still failed to identify the actual cause of the problem. It seemed as though he was simply guessing and trying different solutions in the hope that one would work.
What is most frustrating is that the issue was not properly resolved, yet the company still took my money. I would expect a qualified engineer to diagnose the fault correctly rather than use trial and error.
Overall, I feel I paid a significant amount for an unsatisfactory service. I would not use this company again.

The Engineer was very punctual and worked hard at the service. The office was cheerful and friendly in booking the visit. Very pleased with all aspects of Gas Service.

Another good job done, Hayden Came on Monday 3rd to repair, tried his best, but wasn't possible, Needed a new hot water tank. Office juggled some work around and fitted us in very fast.
Hayden came on Wednesday 5th at 09.00, new stainless steel tank had been delivered, Hayden set about swapping the old tank out and replacing with the new one. Work all completed and hot water again by 12.00. Vacuumed the cupboard to clean up. Jobs a good one. Thank you 5 star service from start to finish.

Yesterday 30/07/2026 and today,31/07/2026, John and Hayden fitted a new combi boiler in my kitchen, and small radiator in my airing cupboard. I am very pleased with their work and helpfulness. They are very good workers. I will use this company again. Many thanks.

Once again I used this company for an issue with my boiler. Engineer Ryan attended when he said he would, & got my boiler working again. He was very respectful & knowledgeable, & the invoice was very reasonable too.

The engineer was very thorough. The heat pump looks like new. He explained everything to us.
