Zoltan in the management department is very helpful and quickly resolved an issue that arose on a Friday afternoon, just the kind of help we needed at the time.

Tomos is the reason we came back to Gareth James. Frankly, if he weren't there, we'd still be elsewhere. His attention to detail, responsiveness, humanness (so often missing with estate agents!) and honesty are second to none and have genuinely won GJ more work. He's a treasure GJ should carefully look after, he'll be in much demand in a market where these qualities are sadly lacking. I can't recommend him highly enough
