Gareth James Property Arvostelua

Dealing with Tom and the team at Gareth James to rent my flat out has been a breeze. From the moment I contacted them they helped me along the way and guided me through the whole process. They helped find the right tenants for the flat and their service and has been great. It's nice to know that they are genuinely local agents and know the area really well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent their place out in south east London

Great experience with Gareth James. My 7th move in London and by far the smoothest. Tom & Stephanie were brilliant, easy and speedy communication, and continue to follow up and make sure we're happy. Negotiation was fair and communicated well.

I’ve been a renter for several years in my life, and have recently gone back to renting and chose Gareth James to help me find the perfect place.
I’ve never felt respected when speaking to agents and have often felt as if my requests/questions have been dismissed.
But that wasn’t the case at all with Gareth James. Tom Lloyd really looked after my flatmate and I from start to end. The service I received was professional and timely. Any questions were dealt with quickly and I could always get through to him by phone. When I went to have my passport scanned in their office in Bellenden Road, as we had only communicated via email, he took the time out to introduce himself which I massively respected - as usually, as a renter, you’re treated as a little fish in a big pond.
Absolutely recommend this agency - everyone was really friendly, and I moved in with no hassle at all.
If you’re looking to rent, use Gareth James, honestly. The amount of stress through moving was reduced hugely due to their 5 star service.
Thanks to Tom and the team for helping me find a home for hopefully the next few years.

We have rented out our flat for seven years and have always had good service from Gareth James. Recently we have had particularly excellent service from the Property Manager who has been helpful, proactive, professional and really good at communicating. Thanks!

Quick and seamless move. Everyone at Gareth James was so helpful in helping us secure the property. Friendly and responsive, which isn't always the case with estate agents.

I dealt with Tomos in lettings and we worked together following his advice to get the property ready for a tenant. He gave good advice on the market conditions as well as practical advice. His tartan found a tenant within 2 days of marketing and achieved over asking.

Despite being out bid on yet another lettings property, the staff at Gareth James were faultless.

Friendly and caring giving regular updates throughout the process. They really have been the best agency we’ve encountered during this madness.

It’s a shame we haven’t been able to sign a property with them yet as I sense they would be fantastic agents.

Gareth James have been very professional in renting out my property, which they did very quickly. Tomos has also been very helpful and accessible.

Our experience with Gareth Jones was fantastic. After unexpectedly having to come onto the rental market we were a bit worried, but everything went smoothly and Tomos kept us in the loop at all times and was efficient, friendly and professional. We're really happy in our new place.

Tom and the team in Peckham did a fantastic job of finding new tenants for my property. They were professional, efficient, straight talking and great to work with. Happy to recommend this service.

We’ve rented two properties with Gareth James, they’ve been attentive, accommodating and as helpful as they could possibly be! Our second property with a different estate agent fell through but after telling our letting agent we had a new property sorted within the week and it could not have been done without their fantastic work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property.

Genuinely a really good experience, Tomos Lloyd was extremely helpful with what would have otherwise been a difficult move because of being let down by other agencies, would recommend

We just sold our flat in Peckham with Gareth Hames and I couldn’t be more pleased with Nikki Anderson’s continuous help and support throughout the entire process. She was a fantastic agent whom we can highly recommend as she pushed this sale through faster and smoother than expected! Thanks again!

Smooth process, recommend, thanks tomos!

We recently rented a property from Gareth James. Tom helped us throughout the process, and has been excellent to deal with. He was able to accommodate a last-minute viewing on a Friday evening, and from that point on has been super responsive and helpful in getting everything sorted. Overall a great experience.

Thanks Tom!

I have just moved into a property let by Gareth James and so far Tom and the rest of the team have been very helpful and responsive. It also feels as though you receive a friendlier service from a local agency.

I am a new tenant in a GJ managed property. The process was easy and the team in Peckham very helpful. Tomos was quick to respond and got me in for a viewing at very late notice. He gave a very fair and balanced assessment of the property and the agreement and worked hard to meet my desired time frame. Very easy and stress-free rental process.

We are current tenants of a Gareth James rental property and are due to move out soon as we are purchasing a property of our own. I was dreading the viewing process for the new tenants as it can be intrusive and often fraught however I have been so impressed with Tomos and Stephanie and they way they've expertly managed this process. Tomos is very helpful and genuine and Stephanie has been incredibly considerate and communicative. They really couldn't have made this process any easier.

Was provided a mattress by them in such dire condition that it hurts my back and neck every night. I complained about this many times, but nothing was done. I had surgery on my neck due to a medical condition, and in the months after my recovery, they have still not replaced it. I am still in so much pain. Please replace it I still have 4 months of my tenancy left.

Update: They tried to bribe me with with wine to remove the review and called me daily to ask me to remove it! Don’t believe all the good reviews you see, they probably make a lot of people take them down!

Tom was an excellent help throughout, ensuring a really smooth letting process
