When is my delivery?
I ordered plants on April 18 and checking web site it says my order has not been fullfilled yet. I have no idea when these plants will arrive and I am not going to be able to plant them if they arrive much later. When you order plants you plan for them to be delivered in a timely manner. While the plants may be good (although I'll never know) if you can't get them to a customer on time to plant what good are they
UPDATE-I received am email saying they are shipping out my plants and should arrive tomorrow.

I support the concept, but the execution is just not there. Pre-ordered in early March. No plants yet, and no contact from customer service despite two emails. And…no cancellation allowed even though they haven’t sent the plants! How is that legal? Going to the nursery today to get different plants today.

Native pond plants
Ordered some native pond plants for a wildlife pond I am establishing. The website has good info about the plants which was helpful in choosing. Plants arrived promptly and in good condition, seem to be doing well.

Good variety of predators
The Mighty Bugs arrived in a reasonable time frame and packaged well. They bugs were small but visible but were packed in popcorn not buckwheat which was disappointing as I did loose some to the birds. But all in all I'm happy with the service I received and I would use them again.

Absolutely beautiful but took time to arrive
It took a little longer than anticipated to receive and you could have let me know that it would take 2-3 weeks rather than me having to chase multiple times. However, the response from the team was instant and very polite. The water feature looks beautiful and am very pleased with it!!

Wouldn't recommend
4 weeks from purchase to receiving item. Seller couldn't give me a time of arrival. Said 1-2 weeks but ended up being longer. Slow to respond to initial emails when querying this.
Item is okay. Not great build quality but was a relatively cheap item in comparison to others.
I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this supplier.
