After not hearing anything to do with…
After not hearing anything to do with my order from either the company or the delivery company my order was finally sorted and received more than we asked for. When i did email the company i had a reply and it was a sorted very quickly

Poor value
Was described as waterproof but didn't have a drainage hole, so couldn't use on it's own outside. Gold colour was dull.
Overall poor quality for price.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry this didn't arrive as you expected it. The planter is waterproof, meaning it doesn't allow water through; it is designed to be used indoors as per the product pictures. If you do not want the planter, please reach out to the team and we can advise on how to get this item returned for a refund.

Unfortunately the envelope containing the nematodes was ripped so only one pack arrived. I realise problem arose because of the outer envelope being too flimsy. Ultimately only one pack arrived on Saturday 3rd May. I’m sending photos of the damaged packaging.

Nemaslug works at significantly reducing garden slugs
I have used Nemaslugs before and and find them very helpful at reducing the quantity of slugs in my garden.

Delivery marked as complete but only received half the order!
Only received 2/3 packages so we can’t build the chicken coop which is needed urgently to rehouse our hens (chose this company originally as they had the fastest delivery time)
Tried everything to contact the company but can’t seem to find a way to communicate with anyone. Seems the days of being able to call someone has long gone!!
So one star as right now I have nothing useable for my money and no human to liaise with. Will update review if things change.
Eventually managed to get email communication going, at which point Garden wildlife were able to help me liase with the separate delivery company and track the missing package. It was ultimately delivered and we now have the coop.
Long process when something is needed asap but would appear it’s more the delivery company issue as opposed to garden wildlife so updated review from 1 star to 3

Excellent customer service …
Bought some seed protection umbrellas to sit over some raised metal rings but unfortunately they did not fit. Contacted the company to arrange a return and refund and I was very impressed with the customer service received by Louis who arranged for a collection on a day of my choice and was extremely helpful. Would certainly recommend and I’m only sorry the umbrellas weren’t suitable as they were good quality.

We have an estimated delivery date listed by each product on the website as they can vary from 2-3 working days all the way up to 10-12 weeks or possible longer for custom made items. This item was advertised with a 3-5 working day delivery estimate and appears to have been delivered on the 5th working day.

Ordered the firepits uk dual katherine wheel bbq ( santa maria style grill ) and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
