Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We were completely taken advantage of and overcharged. My husband called because one of our springs was broken. A guy came around 5pm and worked until 730pm damaging the door even further. He called another guy from garage.com to come out and fix it and by 9pm the bill was $1700. We did not need new cables or pulleys but were charged for them. We have photos prior to them coming out that other companies have now informed us the repair should have only costed $300.

Hi there, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience—that sounds incredibly frustrating and not what anyone should expect.
We did try reaching out to you directly to learn more, but weren’t able to connect. Without a few more details, we haven’t been able to identify the provider involved or look into this further.
If you’re open to it, please feel free to reach out with any additional information (like the phone number used or appointment details), and we’ll gladly do everything we can to investigate and help.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’d truly appreciate the chance to make this right.
