A few months back, I attended a GenAI workshop in Toronto conducted by SCMDOJO and it genuinely changed how I look at AI in supply chain. Session was very practical with real examples like RFPs, supplier evaluation and S&Op planning , which made the concepts easy to understand and apply. Since then I have been actively following and engaging with the content they share. I truly appreciate the work Dr. Muddassir is doing in the supply chain space. I have been following SCMDOJO since early days and his content is honestly a hidden gem. Both my professional development and industry practice has benefitted greatly from his contributions over the years. You can expect everything from coaching, advice, strategies, tips, tricks, tools and techniques when keeping up to date on real life challenges, trends and development in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

I recently completed this course and found it helpful for understanding the basic role and importance of procurement in a company. The lessons explain the difference between purchasing and procurement and also discuss how procurement can move from a traditional operational role to a more strategic role in the business.
I particularly liked the explanation of different approaches to procurement and the idea of procurement becoming a strategic partner that adds value to the organization. The discussion about supplier relationships, digitalization, and the evolving role of procurement was also interesting.
Overall, it was a good learning experience and a useful introduction for anyone who wants to understand procurement and supply chain functions better.

They offered us an online training that was very informative. The trainer indeed shared all his expertise on the topic and the team was able to learn from his hands on experience and understand the theory in a more practical way.

Our company has been taking courses through the SCMDOJO Academy for about 4 months now and the courses have been great and very informative. The curriculum is based on our experience level which was measured with an initial assessment. This assessment measured our supply chain / procurement knowledge. My only recommendation is to improve this assessment since some of the questions were confusing and hard to understand what was being asked. Overall though the courses really help improve our knowledge for Supply Chain and the team appreciate receiving a certificate upon completion.
Dr. Muddassir is a great instructor, our team had the pleasure of receiving in person training and they were blown away with his expertise and enjoyment for the course material.

The resources here are straight-forward, where newbies like me can easily understand. Lot of interesting topics that can be actually applied at work.
