Scammed out of 800 dollars! Buyers be aware. Everything looked good. Scam!!!

I ordered a case in May, it was a pre-order for early June so I didn't mind waiting a bit. It is september and I still haven't received anything. pure SCAM

I had bought them for two times and I was disappointed.
My first order was about 2 weeks to make a custom case and when I received my order, the case was yellowish. The quality is incomparable to the price and the after-sales service was terrible.
My second order, the production taked longer than a week. And Ganinno didn't contact me and every times I sent the email for asking, they didn't respond.
Very disappointed for this brand.

Order placed auguat 15th and charged to my card. Was put in "prepping for shipping" status on Aug 29th. On Sept. 10th it is still in same state. Asked for refund since it has been way too long. Try to reach out to customer service. No response. Just emailed 4th time and said if no response im contacting BBB and Attorney General's Office.

Horrible customer service. The case arrived just fine, but I had decided to return an unopened item. Customer service is hard to find and extremely slow to respond. Still unresolved and it’s been weeks since my first email.

I ordered an almost $70.00 case a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. I have reached out twice with no response. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.

Bought a case which came but the print was messed up and I’ve emailed and messaged various socials and I’ve never received any message back about it. Overpriced for what it was and very poor customer service. Avoid

J'ai acheté une coque magnétique pour ma Kindle. J'ai pris un modèle personnalisé qui avec les frais de douane et de livraison mes revenus à une soixantaine d'euros... Et au combien a été ma surprise quand j'ai constaté que la coque n'était pratiquement pas magnétique...En fait, vous ne pouvez utiliser littéralement aucun accessoire magnétique sur la coque puisque je n'avais pas vu mais la boutique vend des "popsocket" qui fonctionne avec des ventouses... La super technologie breveté de la boutique repose en fait sur une ventouse le côté magnétique ne fonctionne pas du tout... Donc en plus de la coque à 60 €, vous allez être obligé d'acheter un popsocket à 45 € qui va se retrouver a être ventouser à votre Kindle... Autant vous dire que la ventouse ne va pas tenir très longtemps et que votre Kindle va finir par tomber... Je me suis fait avoir comme un bébé..je ne croyais même pas que en 2026. Il était possible de proposer un tel produit un tel prix. Au final, j'ai une coque personnalisé à 60 € qui met totalement inutilisable puisque je vais devoir coller un aimant magsafe au dos de ma coque à 60 € pour pouvoir faire tenir des popsocket... Alors franchement passez votre chemin vraiment passez votre chemin totalement inutile, un prix exorbitant. Une technologie brevetée qui en réalité ne fonctionne absolument pas puisque tout repose sur une ventouse... La technologie ventouse ne fonctionne absolument pas ...tout le monde a abandonné dans le domaine des "popsocket" parce que ça ne fonctionne pas..

This is a scam! Never received product, money taken. Emailed supposed customer services on several occasions and have not received any reply.

I was informed multiple days after purchase that the item I bought was no longer in stock. A full refund was awarded (after many MORE days), but still very disappointing that it said in stock on website only to be told days later than it is not, in fact, in stock.
