60 day trial only apparently works if you don’t try it on your hair!!. This must be in the fine print somewhere. Terrible product. I am going to consumer affairs regarding their misleading 60 day guarantee.

DO NOT BY! Absolutely terrible product, flimsy, does not work! Can not get a refund ! Big Con! Stay away!

I paid and received no acknowledgement, order number etc. I started emailing and they would not reply...I found their instagram and decided to post under one of their clearly fake promoting posts...again...nothing in fact deleted my post. I have sent off on my side to report this and what appears to be one of those dodgy companys operating. These people are totally ignoring but took money and now bombarding me with spam emails. I think possibly overseas operating under AU... this sort of thing I've come across before. Ive now sent multiple emails to cancel and refund again not replying. They have my money and cannot get any replies even to my cancelling and refund.

I can’t get any replies from customer service and will also be reporting to ACL.
I looked at product, turned it on but haven’t used it.
It was super loud and not what I was wanting.

ZERO STARS. Absolute SCAM! Product does not work and emits burning smell. They (or their AI robot??) keeps offering a 10% refund (aka $10, I paid $19 for shipment, which is more than the "refund")
They are not based in Australia despite being called Bondi Babes Australia. Products ship from China.
The product is a fire risk and they refuse to refund me as it was "used". The product was only briefly tested for a few minutes, which is reasonable and necessary to assess whether it performs as advertised. This does not constitute "use" beyond reasonable inspection. Testing a product to determine whether it meets advertised performance is explicitly permitted and does not void my rights under Australian Consumer Law.
During the short test of their product, the attachments did not perform as advertised. The unit emitted a burning plastic smell, raising legitimate safety concerns. "Use" was immediately discontinued.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, this product has failed to meet consumer guarantees.
Don't buy from this company.
I noticed from the other scam reviews they received the same copy paste emails I received. We are not talking to a human. Please send your complaints to the ACL! Let's save others from making the same mistake and wasting their money and hopefully get our money back!

Talk about their 60 days guarantee and then because I have used it, it can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Falsely infers its Australian and ships from china.
Takes forever to arrive and box is cheap - looks like it’s been printed at home.
AVOID.

Terrible product and customer service! Noisy, not powerful and low heat, brush gets stuck in hair and curls don’t form with curling tool. And now because I’ve tried to product, can’t get a refund.. don’t waste your money!

Scam site - all reviews a fake and pictures are fake. Avoid.

Purchased this hairstyler based on the heavily advertised “60-day guarantee” and claims that it works for “all hair types.” After trying it properly, it simply did not work on my hair.
The issue is that the advertised guarantee appears effectively meaningless in practice. When I contacted customer service, I was told the product could not be returned because it had been “used on hair” due to hygiene reasons — despite previously being told customers could “test it fully,” “try it out,” and use it “risk-free.”
A hairstyler cannot realistically be evaluated without using it on actual hair, so the guarantee feels extremely misleading.
I also noticed several concerning sales tactics on the website, including:
countdown timers that reset on page refresh;
“only X left in stock” notices that did not match actual cart behaviour; and
constant urgency-based sale messaging.
Customer service responses also appeared to be copied-and-pasted templates, as I later found identical wording sent to other customers experiencing the same issue.
Instead of a refund, they offered store credit or a small partial refund.
Overall, this felt far more like aggressive marketing than a genuine risk-free guarantee or customer-focused business.

Used as soon as arrived
1. Air wrap did not work as advertised, I am experienced in styling hair with differing products.
2. And most importantly, it started smoking first use- injury and house fire risk.

Advised Bondi Babes “Australia” noting shipping from China, of course.

Have since noted same product branded as different names, would be wary of any product with same packaging and name inferring based in Australia.

Not sure I want to pay return postage hoping they will honour credit and replace with working product that won’t fry my hair or burn my house down.
