The check out was easy and I got emails within seconds. I got an email a couple days later saying it was awaiting shipment. It has been 5 days... still hasn't been shipped. They haven't been easy to get a hold of...

Now, gamer-heaven.net and I go way back to April 11, 2015, when I placed my order. I ordered the Legend of Zelda Green Canvas Messenger Bag, that was still on pre-order, but due in May. I knew I was not going to receive my order anytime soon, but boy, I really had no idea how long this would take. Soon, the pre-order was moved to July 1.
In August, this message was still on display. That's when I started writing the first emails, which I thought was an excellent display of patience from myself. I received a polite email that promised me that the bags were expected to arrive within two weeks. Four weeks later, after I still hadn't heard anything on the status of my order, I decided to send them another e-mail. I received a response, explaining that the bags were delayed, but expected in at any moment.

So far not too bad, but on to the next act of this tragedy. On the 9th of September, I finally received an email that notified me that my order had been shipped. And nothing came. On the 19th of October I contacted them once more, asking if something had gone wrong. You have to understand that, up to this point, I considered myself to be very lucky that my emails were still being answered. I got a response with the shipping details, to find that my shipping address was incomplete. Gamer-heaven.net promised me that they would contact me again as soon as they received my returned order. And that is the last I've ever heard of them. I have send multiple emails since, but no response. I will keep on trying, but to be fair, I do not think I'm ever going to receive anything from them, be it a response, or the order I placed.

If you're one of those wild types who is able to appreciate the insecurity of ever receiving anything (the approximate date of delivery also being an absolute mystery, of course), this company is your go-to place. You won't be disappointed.

I personally would have rather spend my money and time on other things, like buying great amounts of wool knitting yarn to knit tiny hats for penguins. Doing so would be about as useless, but at least the thought of a penguin wearing a knitted hat makes me chuckle. Which is more than I can say for placing an order at gamer-heaven.net.

Been chasing ever since via facebook, email and various phonecalls - every time I call promised it will get sent by over night courier with extra goodies.

Today their phone is on answerphone and their website and sister site bay57 are offline

Terrible terrible company - so many promises and nothing ever received

I ordered a Fallout 4 Hoodie in August; the package is still in "Prepping for shipment" ; in October, I sent an email asking about when it will be sent. They replied to me that it will be sent end of October.
End of October the money was taken from my account. And i was "great! It will ship!". November, still no news, I send email, no answer, i call the phone number, only pre-recorded message. Nothing.
Now it says they are on holiday until the 4th of January, we are the 7th, and I still get the same answer. Also, funny engouh, I keep receiving phone call scamm stuff since I called them. If you call them, hide your phone number. It is a scam. Lucky for me, both my parents are lawyers, they took over. We'll see.

I ordered a shirt from this website months ago, and have still never received my order. I also tried e-mailing them several times, in which they never replied. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I understood that when I sent emails about an incorrect address, that I would have to wait till the end of break (January 4th). I then emailed on the 4th to receive the same stock email anout being closed. Then again. Annndd again. By this time, it was no longer the 4th. To finally have this problem of address changed, I had to have my British friend call for me, since Im in the US. Then I find out that this product will not be here till about next week, but never get a specific answer. Altogether the site was very nice, but the strife I went through left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered last year and I never received my order I had to gat my credit card company to remiberse my cost as this is definitely a scam.

Honestly, I wanted to wait until I received my product before I wrote a review. I ordered my product October 2, 2015. I have yet to receive it. At the time I ordered there was no indication the item I selected was on backorder, or that there would be a delay in receiving this item. I went to weeks without any change in the status of my order. I then contact customer service. At least the first two times I written them, they responded relatively quickly. Because of that I remained positive about my experience thus far. They mentioned delays in receiving stock. All of which I understand, I even mentioned to them things that they need to improve on their website. The last two times I wrote them, I have received no response. I am very upset, because unlike most places I was charged at the time of order versus when they process and ship the order. So I paid $65 with the extra shipping. Have no response about my product. Due to the lack of communication on their part, I don't highly recommend ordering from them. If they read this and take care of me, I'll be happy to change my opinion. Until then I will remain unhappy, even with a full refund. I really want to be item, it was for a good friend. And I'm highly disappointed. I have never had an experience like this.

Found this site, decent prices so I bought. Unexpected discount at the checkout, great.

However my item has been Awaiting Shipment for four working days, no update since.

I understand it is Christmas period when I bought - 30th December, but it's over a week now and I'm still unsure when I may receive my order, which was fully paid on 30th.

I order a Big Boss Varsity jacket in October and still haven't got it(as of January 7th, 2016) I tried emailing them and Facebook messaging them and I keep getting the same copy paste response. I asked for a refund and they emailed me that they are on winter break. When I emailed them they were actually supposed to be back in business. Welp goodbye $75. Do not buy from theses people. They take your money and give you NOTHING!

Absaloute joke, waited 6 weeks for product to come. No email to let me know what was happening. Customer service is terrible!! Do not order from gamer heaven

This website feels like a scam. They should be investigated and reported to the Better Business Buereau. Uncacceptable customer service. Mostly automated messages if they reply at all. I have been waiting 3 months now for a preorder I placed 5 months ago.

First time I bought from you guys was great! This time I ordered Christmas presents for my boyfriend on December second ( before the Christmas deadline on the 10th) and still haven't received it.. And when I go online to see what's going on it say it hasnt even shipped yet... I've sent 2 emails and I haven't gotten a reply to any of them... So terrible customer service.

This company are not interested in supplying your goods or offering customer service. They just take your money and ignore you.
Ordered for Christmas (like the hundreds of others let down by them) received nothing. They don't answer the phones if you try to call. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so I'm hoping to get my money back.

I ordered something in July, another in August and another in October and have yet to receive them. I have emailed them probably over 20 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had no response! They are garbage and they are out to steal your money!

I purchased a Christmas gift on Dec 11th. Not only did it not arrive on time, its almost a month later and I haven't received it. The website says shipped, but no tracking info whatsoever.

I have emailed customer service 4 times, no response. I got an out of office on the 6th of Jan that says they are out until the 4th!

Might have to tell my CC company to stop payment...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They Take your money as a pre order as apparently, Christmas jumper stock comes in and gets shipped in November (order was placed in October).
Except nothing gets shipped. Email replies to queries are ALL automatic and funnily enough no-one ever answers the phone!
Filed a fraud investigation with bank who got my money back after Christmas came and went. How this company is allowed to continue trading is beyond me.

I placed my order in the first week of December. I was ok with waiting a little bit for the products to arrive. But after a month with the only status being "awaiting shipment", it started to become a problem because there was no communication or ETA. I've also tried two of the methods to cancel this order and nobody has gotten back to me about that either.

Ordered one item and received a different but similar item instead.
