I ordered a statue for my son last year and have NEVER received any status updates or the order. I have attempted to email, but get no response. I still get ads from the company. I use the contact email listed, but never get an answer.

I ordered a pre-order item in December. Without ever notifying me the date of release has gone from the end of January to June. I only know this as I have looked on their website to see what information is now next to the item.

It seems like a scam as I have tried to log in with my accounts and apparently I do not have an account with them, even though I still have their welcome email.

Or when I click on the 'track my order' link on my purchasing email the site is always down from maintenance.

I really do not recommend purchasing anything from this store ! I only hope I can get my money back for the one i have placed

It's been 7 months without my order being delivered. I never got a notification letting me know it was late. I ordered this product 7 months ago and I'm beyond furious that i haven't received it yet. 7 months. I mean seriously guys. I better here a response and a result from this.

was told my Uncharted mystery box was going to be full of many cool different items, turns out it was just cloths. nothing else. bought for my brother he did not seem happy. Also only came in a box not a chest

It had been roughly just over 2 weeks since i had ordered the fallout 4 mystery box, so i e-mailed the company and the next day i got a response saying they would ship my order that day which they indeed did, maybe they have a huge amount of orders to fulfill but it could have been shipped a lot quicker, i was happy with the actual content of the order but i feel the company needs to do more about their shipping times, other than that i found it ok. Got my order in the end but shouldn't really have to wait for 3 weeks.

C for effort, could try harder

I'm reading all the reviews and Gamer Heaven has been writing to people that they changed owners.. Well, if that was back in March... Then I don't understand why the communication is still bad and haven't received anything after a month. I want to buy more things from this website.. But it seems I won't be since this mix up. I'm going to wait another week or so.. If I don't hear back, I'm going to ask PayPal for my money back. Wrote to them through Facebook twice, called three or four times, and sent two emails. Annoying as hell. Hope I recieve my division jacket.

Ordered a decent amount, and never received the shipment.

I was sent someone else's Fallout 4 hoodie, different addressed parcel inside the outer layer parcel.
I emailed saying I wanted to return it for my order, and awaited for them to send instructions/return address, got an automated response and zero contact afterwards regarding what to do.

I ordered an sweatshirt for my son's birthday in October 2015. I never received it. When I inquired in Dec. It was still on back order. It is now March and I still don't have the sweatshirt.

Bad company

I pre-ordered two Zelda hoodies in February. When it came time to complete my purchase, my order said I had only pre-ordered one, despite having an e-mail receipt for two. I completed purchase of the one, but I ended pre-ordering the second one /again/ because I sent an e-mail and never got a response. The only responses I have seen from the company are to the bad reviews on this site.

I ordered a Legend of Zelda Cotton Twill Jacket early in June of 2015. After it had not been shipped within the month I emailed them and was told it would just be 2 more weeks. After another month I emailed and was told it would be 2 more weeks. After yet another month I emailed them asking for a refund or for it to be shipped immediately and they never even responded to me. It is now almost a year later and still I am without either jacket or refund. This is unacceptable conduct for any company and I would suggest that anyone shop somewhere else.

Ordered the begining of December but never recieved my order. Had to ask my money back at the creditcardcompany...

Do not buy from this place!

Ordered Assassin's Creed Syndicate Top Hat on 26th October 2015 and still nothing received, emailed the company twice and no reply's...I will not be using this company again!!!

I will never try to buy from you Again. I ordered a Package in November and paid 60+ $ for it and it is almost April and I have received nothing. Everytime I try to get ahold of you your site is "down". AND I will make sure everyone knows about it and dosent buy from you either

I bought the Fallout 4 box. The price was quite high but I thought maybe it would be worth it. Honestly I'd rather take my chances with Lootcrate as most often I get better stuff for less money, but this is more opinion than it is to say the quality of the Merch. I don't care for the wallet and I hate hats, so only a couple of the items really mattered to me. That being said I could likely sell the hat and the wallet and make a good portion of what I spent back.

On the positive side I got my stuff, the company came through, the shipping was exactly 2 weeks from order date.

No replies from customer service. I regret not researching the company further. Absolute scam.
