Galaxylamps Arvostelua 

First of all, my lamp would not connect to wifi despite my having the correct kind. Second, it was advertised as having a larger projection area than other lamps. When it was on, that clearly is not the case as the pattern is no bigger than my other lamps.

I brought these things to their attention, and they told me to reinstall the app and a few other things, which did not work. The lamp still doesn't connect to the net.

Now they want me to do a video??? describing everything?!? I've never had a company demand this. I told them to keep their money and I'll just tell the public of my experience. Absolutely ridiculous.

If 0 stars was an option…it would be my first choice. I ordered a Galaxy projector from Galaxy lamps two weeks before my grandsons. It has not yet shipped 2.5 weeks later. I have emailed twice and received notice that they were experiencing higher than average volume of orders to process…because of the pandemic. Wasn’t aware we were still experiencing a pandemic. Have requested cancellation of the order and refund of the money that they have already taken from my account. My opinion…this company is neither reliable nor transparent. Hope others have had a better experience with them.

Ordered two weeks ago. Order has not been shipped or any confirmation email after stating it will take at most 6 business days. No help from messaging on Facebook 👎

UPDATE: I eventually did receive my order shortly after I posted this. The light is beautiful — definitely superior to other, cheaper options I’ve purchased. The app is very bad, however, and I have to close and restart it every time I want to make any sort of adjustment to the light pattern, speed, etc.

I placed an order over two weeks ago and was given a 3-7 day shipping estimation. I have yet to receive my order, nor any communication from the company aside from an email response saying “we’re sorry, there are shipping delays.” Unacceptable lack of transparency or support. I’m hoping to get my money back soon.

Ordered a lamp and a projector a little over a week ago , still not shipped and no response to my several messages asking for an order status.

Super god service. Købte en galaxy lamp 2,0 til min søn i julegave. Lyset og stjernerne roterede ikke som det skulle og jeg kontaktede firmaet pr. Mail om hjælp. Senere samme dag fik jeg svar med metoder jeg kunne afprøve og da ingen af dem virkede sendte de bare en ny til mig.

Forsendelsen tog selvfølgelig lidt tid, men da jeg ikke skulle sende den defekte retur kunne min 5 årige søn stadig kigge på lyset i mellemtiden og blev ekstra glad da den nye kom med roterende lys. Og denne gang virkede det.

Almost two weeks ago I purchased a Galaxy Lamp and after contacting support multiple times, and them not allowing me to cancel stating the product has been shipped. But they only let me know that after trying to cancel, and I still have not received any tracking number or shipping information. I have started a dispute with my bank and wanted to let others know to steer clear.

Got scammed... I received a bullsh*t package...

Sent via Evri, inevitably never received so was 1 xmas present down.

Now asking for a refund they Re bwing particularly unhelpful telling me to wait... but Evri have lost it and I hold no hope.

Lady update I had from Evri was it was damaged.

The lamp will not connect to my WiFi, so I cannot adjust anything. Every time you turn it on, you have to select the lighting you want; it does not come back on to the mode you were on when you turn it off. You have to toggle to the mode you want every time. If you want to return it, you have to pay for return shipping AND you cannot return it if you bought it on sale! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

The app does not work. Iv been sending detailed feedback forms for 1.5 years as well as emailing the company. They only promise an update but nothing has ever changed
The lamp is great when it’s on - but the app is a total let down and incredibly time consuming to use as it glitches constantly. Would not recommend

I got my products and everything works but one star less because of poor order tracking and long delivery time.

I bought my lamp just under a month ago. It was ok to set up but soon stopped working properly with the App.
I couldn't edit any of the pre set scenes and now all but one of the pre set scenes have disappeared.
Had I wanted a lamp without the App I would have purchased the Bliss lamp at half the price. This is not acceptable and the customer service support from Galaxy Lamps has been appauling.
There is no way to contact them easily from the UK. I have now written to Bradyn Gardiyash their CEO directly so we will see if he cares enough to answer !

Bunch of scammers! Never received my product and they don't want to refund me! Also a big waste of time to email them, they're ghosting everyone, don't expect any customer service as there's none!

The lamp itself is very cool - we got it for our newborn twins and they love looking at the projections. When we had a fault with our original order Galaxy Lamps sent out a replacement free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Works like a charm. Quick shipping, beautiful visual but a bit too much for my personal taste the visual part but it's not products fault, I just can't keep it on for long but friends like it a lot lol. Impressing thing for such a small thingy. I got the projector 2nd gen

The brightest projector I have seen, my neighbours knocked my front door and asked what makes such vibrant and bright radiancy. App is very convenient and I love that it has customising.

Super afordable in comparison to competitors, good quality, easy to use!

The projector is very nice, the delivery took longer than expected but overall good service and I am happy with the projector.
