Qinux Gadium arrived not charging, it worked few minutes and then nothing. send 4 email no answer, call the numbertel:+1-218-250-3200 but no answer after tens of calls

I found my smart ring was ok at first but now it’s 12 months since it has worked and trying to contact them is impossible I would like a replacement ring or money refunded ,I must let you know that my husband got a ring at the same time as me and his is ok up to now

WHEN DELIVERED I PLUGGED IT IN FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN NO LIGHTS CAME ON SO IT HAD NO POWER SO I WAS STUCK IV TRIED GETTING ON LINE BUT I CANT GET IN TOUCH SAYING THE SITE IS DEAD NEVER AGAIN BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

Ring turned up at a reasonable time after ordering and looks great. The trouble started when you had to download the JYouPro app - that did not sync to the ring and gave no readings after 5 days. This ultimately meant I had a nice-looking ring that wasn't doing what it was supposed to do. I primarily got it for the sleep tracking. I emailed to see about a refund 3 weeks ago and to date have heard nothing. I wasn't planning on spending £68 on just a new ring but that's ultimately what I have got. Sorely disappointed. Will see if I can query with my credit card as the only feeling I have from this experience is robbed.

My advice is DO NOT BUY THIS RING.... or deal with this company. I have been sent a replacement ring which does not work but they refuse to do anything about it. When the first ring came and it was too big I was quite happy to send it back for a replacement. They told me that I didn't need to send it back but by getting a second one it would mean I would have used the warranty up so it came with no warranty but i had no option and honestly didnt expect them to send me a broken product. Of course I expected them to send me a working product (who buys a broken product?) but when it arrived it wouldn't count steps... never has. I contacted them and they say it has no warranty.. surely they should be supplying a working product whether it is the 1st or 5th ring you get from them? So basically I'm now left with a non working ring and they don't want to know as they say its got no warranty. I've tried to exercise my consumer rights - such as having the right to be supplied with a working product for my money.. but they will NOT HELP. So now I have spent money on something that I cant use, and it was not as advertised. I am seeking legal advice ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆DO NOT BUY ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

i ordered 2 rings and 1 was faulty.
have been contacting customer service from 29 March till today, and nothing has been resolved.

Just an email asking me questions and now it Is 1 week and no reply despite me chasing them a few times.

DO NOT BUY one of these. I bought a ring in Dec 2024 In less than two months it will no longer pair to my phone and gets dangerously hot when I try to charge it up. Too hot to handle as it would burn me. I note other reviews saying similar. I have tried to be patient with customer care follow up which has been completely useless. They keep sending the same AI type generated responses and never read or acknowledge the problem.
They ask me to send a video. How can i show a ring that is overheated and not pairing on a video. I give up and know I have lost my money. I didn't even think it was any good while it was working and would definitely not buy anything from them again. AVOID!

Couldn't afford the galaxy ring so this one had to do. Cheap and does what it supposed to do. Comfy and well built. Only downside is the usual crap Chinese app but atleast its simple to read and understand.
Don't expect much for price but if you need to track basic health and fitness then it's good.

The ring itself is very comfortable and made well. I've had mine for over 3 months now. It's been through the washing machine by accident and I've done all my DIY with it on. The ap is good. I had to suss it out a bit as not much advice but it does the job. It's spot on with my sleep timings, heart rate and oxygen levels. The only thing which would be nice is a swimming setting, and or that the ring sussed out if your on your bike by the speed your moving. Otherwise I often forget to go into the ap before I set off. Apart from that I don't think you can complain, seeing as this ring is a small fraction of the price of the big brands.

The ring it's self is sleek and looks well made however the app is basic and poorly designed. Not user friendly or of any real use ...I bought a ring on temu for £14 which came with a more insightful app .

Hi I have had the Gardium ring for 7 months now And I love it it does everything I need and more it’s comfy to wear

I bought a Gadium smart ring i had it 2 months and it has stopped working i am not impressed its cost is around £50 i am a very disappointed customer

Gave totally inaccurate readings on all fronts. Said I'd done 23500 steps when I hadn't done much. Only knew I was awake when I actually got out of bed. My pulse was the same reading regardless of what I'd done. Waste of money.
