Seller was communicative and polite. Purchased three necklaces off them from etsy and they let me know that the items would be shipped once made. They shipped from Italy to Australia and arrived well within the estimated delivery window. Overall fantastic experience and love the necklaces.

I’ve known Gadget4entertainment for a long time now, and I’ve honestly bought way more items from them than I actually need.
But how can you do without them?
The attention to detail in every single item and the ability to make you dream with just a simple necklace or a pen are just a few of this brand's strengths. I strongly recommend them if you want to always carry a piece of your favorite saga with you.

Conosco la realtà di Gadget for entertainment da diversi anni e ho visto la sua evoluzione nel corso degli stessi e non posso che esserne entusiasta. Ho acquistato un orecchino dedicato alle rune di Shadowhunters trovandolo, oltre che bellissimo, confortevole (lo indosso come Helix e ultimamente stavo proprio cercando un'alternativa adatta e sono più che soddisfatta).

Ho comprato 3 articoli al Salone del Libro di Torino ricevendo così un gadget. Merce di qualità e vasta scelta.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I ordered pendant necklaces almost two months ago, but the items were never delivered to me. The parcel was sent to the wrong address, and I have proof and screenshots confirming this.

I contacted my bank and initially received a refund because the goods were not received. However, the money was later taken back from my account, while I still have no products and no refund.

The whole situation has caused a lot of stress and wasted time. I expected much better customer service and support in resolving this issue.

At the moment, I am still waiting for a proper resolution and my money back.

I would advise other customers to be careful when ordering.

I ordered Cardan Snake Onyx Necklace and Jude Duarte's Red Ruby Ring in a gift box.
Information about delivery estimated time (to abroad) is 7-10 business days which seems fine (I got my package on the 10th day).
Everything's good, got my stuff, they are really nice, I love them.
BUT...
Tracking your package is totally useless. The site for 4 days said that they haven't picked up my parcel, and on the 5th day for a few hours wouldn't even come up as a valid package. After that it finally showed up as "In transit".
Literally didn't know which delivery corp would pick up my stuff from the borders so yeah, that was insteresting.
Customer support seems "iffy".
Rudy did a great job fixing my address, so thanks for that, cheers! But they wouldn't answer my question my order's whereabouts.
4 star for getting my stuff in time, -1 with all these uncertianty.

Support verspricht Hilfe, macht aber nichts.
Seit März warte ich auf eine Kette, welche nie ankommt. Support schreibt tölpelhaft ohne Kenntnisse im Kundenkontakt und wirft mit falschen Versprechungen um sich. 2 Mal wurde eine Nachlieferung versprochen und 2 Mal wurde ich danach erstmal geghostet und der Support wusste plötzlich von nichts.
Dann schließlich einen PayPal fall aufgemacht und Fall war nach 5 Minuten bereits zu meinen Gunsten abgeschlossen (ist kein gutes Zeichen für ein Unternehmen wenn die Fälle vollautomatisch zugunsten der käufer ausgehen, ohne dass das nochmal geprüft wird)

Five stars for both the product and the service! The turnaround time from ordering to delivery was remarkably fast, and the ring is even more gorgeous in person. The most important thing is that the package arrived safely. I'm so satisfied with this purchase and will definitely be ordering again!

I adore the attention to detail in following book descriptions in creating the ring I purchased. Ability to choose between silver or gold plated was lovely as well. I did end up having my ring re-plated with gold after it arrived as it was a bit more of a yellow tone than I’d like, however it’s perfection now.

(I would totally buy solid gold if it was an option)

The shipping/delivery was super long but the necklace is AMAZING, cute and glowing in the dark ! I’m so happy with it !

I was so hoping that this was good. My daughter loved it when she first received it but about the second week the color started fading off. It looks like I've ever bought it at a cheap store and it was so expensive and she loves this store. I guess I was one out of 1 million that had the battle luck and it sucks because she loved that bracelet so much and it was so expensive and something we had to save up a long time for I wish it was all what she expected.

This is my third piece of jewelry from them and it’s so beautiful and worth the wait and money. I’m in love with it, love this website and will be buying more!
