Prodotto molto bello e dettagliato. Tempi di consegna nella norma, sebbene il codice tracking di Poste ci abbia messo un po’ a essere utilizzabile (ma penso che dipendesse proprio da Poste)

Terrible customer service. My autistic daughter has ordered over £100 worth of goods and one item is out of stock. She was offered an alternative or a refund and she chose a refund. This hasn’t been processed and the rest of the items haven’t shipped. Nobody is answering any emails.

Ordered in early October 2025, first parcel got lost which happens, second parcel finally arrives in January. This parcel is not at all what I ordered to which I complain and they send me the parcel again. However, having received no update for nearly 6 weeks, I contact them again asking where it is. This time they claim it’s already been delivered and I come to find out they in fact had not sent the parcel again. So hopefully this time they get it right, cause they don’t seem like the type to give a refund easily. I’d recommend maybe giving a year head start if you want to order a Christmas gift like I did. Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all.

Great quality, very Detailed work, I have rings and necklaces for months now and they’re still Perfect.

The jewellery is absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect size so I can wear it everyday without looking costume-y. The quality is great and design beautiful. The only reason I gave 3 star and not 5 is- 1. It took forever to pack and ship (once it finally shipped it was delivered quickly) and 2. The communication via email, regarding questions from my side, were answered by kinda generic answer that didn’t felt personal at all.
Although i didn’t really enjoyed the waiting and communication problems, the jewellery it self is 10/10. Customers service 4/10

Never received the product or any update past the tracking number which was incorrect and didn’t work from the start. Emailed customer service twice and received no response.
I would totally understand a long shipping time if it was clearly communicated but I have waited almost a month with no update or response when asked about the tracking number.

Tempi troppo lunghi di consegna, non corrispondenti a quanto indicato al momento di acquisto e nessuna informazione in merito al cliente.
Ho dovuto sollecitare diverse volte l'invio e per fortuna ho sempre ottenuto risposta dal servizio clienti, ma con tempistiche nuovamente errate.
Il gioiello che avevo ordinato alla fine è arrivato, ma spesso ho pensato di essere stata scammata e che, considerati i tempi, forse non avrei potuto bloccare l'accredito sulla mia carta di credito. Insomma non una bella esperienza...

Ordine arrivato con ben tre settimane di ritardo (in totale, oltre un mese tra ordine effettuato e consegna).
Nota: la spedizione infinita non è gratuita, costa ben 8 euro!

"Assistenza clienti" che ti risponde (quando ti risponde) solo parzialmente, ignorando le richieste o addirittura fingendo che le mail vengano "segnate come lette erroneamente".
Si svegliano solo appena cerchi di aprire una disputa tramite PayPal. Strano, vero?

Ciliegina sulla torta? L'ordine è anche arrivato incompleto.

Con quello che costa, non ne vale assolutamente la pena, lasciate perdere.
Zero serietà e zero rispetto verso chi (purtroppo) sceglie di ordinare su questo sito.

I bought the Goldryn Sword Bookmark / Letter Opener. The delivery time was long, but that was clearly stated when I placed the order.

Unfortunately, the product quality is very poor and feels cheap. It also looks nothing like the product photos. I’m very disappointed, and I would be ashamed to sell products of such poor quality

Love the products so much and really good quality but took 2 months to ship and they were not good about communicated. Stayed in the nethlands for a really long time before reaching tbe states, and said out for delivery 2 weeks prior to arriving. Do live the products though and will buy again

Articoli fatti benissimo, belli visivamente e duraturi nel tempo. Unico problema: la spedizione. Ordine effettuato il 28/12/25 e ricevuto il 26/01/2026.
Quindi se si intende ordinare si deve mettere in conto i lunghi tempi di spedizione e consegna. Servizio clienti non male, rispondono massimo il giorno dopo. Forse sarebbe opportuno sul sito specificare che sempre o in casi isolati, la spedizione e/o consegna richiede più tempo del previsto.

ci sono stati un po’ di problemi con le consegne, quando è stato fatto l’ordine era stato assicurato che arrivasse prima di natale, ho mandato un ricorso più volte e alla fine è arrivato con praticamente un mese di ritardo. sui gioielli, però, non posso dire assolutamente nulla, sono molto precisi e accurati, e la qualità è ottima, li adoro sono stupendi.

Ho acquistato dei prodotti della collezione di GOG e sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta e davvero contenta. Consigliatissimo per i vostri futuri acquisti sulle vostre collezioni preferite!
