DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. 100% A SCAM!

Didn't send package in a timely manner. After over 3 weeks when I followed up they didn't provide any information, for over a week said they were looking into it. Didn't help track the package down with the courier.
They indicate they are from Ottawa, but package was shipped from mainland China
The quality of the item I ordered was very poor. Plastic junk.

Same as others, saw their product on Facebook, placed an order. Two minutes after placing the order i realized i made an error on the order and immediately informed them via email. When I got what was clearly an AI response at 3:58am, i told them to cancel the order; been 7 days, keep emailing them, same AI message.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Saw ad on Facebook marketplace, was a couple of items I thought would be really cute as Christmas presents to a couple of friends, they offered a 15% discount for two items and because I wanted to send to two different addresses I thought I would email the company and see how they would handle it and hopefully still granting me the discount, never heard anything back..

Based out of china, not from Vancouver at all…
Tried to cancel order, as it had not even been shipped yet a week later, which was unsuccessful. They said they were not able to process cancellation and are now looking into why it hasn’t shipped. Customer service appears to be AI…. 👎

Please do not order anything from this company

It is dollar store quality and it is not a Canadian company

They are Chinese based in China.

There is false advertising of products on their website and misrepresentation as the company has never been Canadian.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company as the product you will get is something that you could purchase a dollar store that kind of quality.

Not one item I ordered out of three orders in about 20 different products not one of them was legitimate.

And yes, the other person that reviewed this the shipping back to the company is China and at a Chinese company so this other person is very correct and they say a 25% return which refund which depending on which products you picked is probably almost better to ship it back to get your money back, depending on how much you spent.

I ordered a pair of $90 shoes from Gabriel Vancouver. They present themselves online as being in Vancouver. The shoes arrived and did not fit. When I asked about returning them I was directed to mail them back with tracking to CHINA!! That would cost just about $80. They offered to refund me 25% if I chose not to mail them. This sounds like a scam to me- the shoes are useless to me. And I am out $75. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
