Je ne sais pas s'il y a eu un changement dans les directives données aux développeurs mais, autant c'était plaisant avant, autant maintenant, à chaque mise à jour, un avantage pour le joueur lui est retiré et les niveaux sont juste infaisables. Seul l'évènement mensuel (qui tourne en boucle chaque année) permet de récupérer quelques points. Le seul but de G5 est de faire du fric ce qui est normal mais pas que..... de plus, un service client inexistant et inefficace. J'arrête de jouer à leur jeux car j'en ai assez d'engraisser ces boîtes de jeux vidéos

ich habe mit unterbrechungen sherlock holmes wimmelbilder gespielt , jetzt ist mir der spaß vergangen , man bekam vorher geschenke um " energie " aufzuladen , jetzt muß man diese bezahlen , anstatt des " steines der weißen " der nach ca. 30 tagen auftauchte und wertvolle steine zum kaufen verdoppelte gibt es nur noch zeitgutschriften , die immer wieder zum weiterspielen animieren . ich würde behaupten daß dieses spiel eher sogar süchtig macht . ich habe es jetzt bis zum level 205 geschafft , bin auch neugierig auf die noch geschlossenen bücher , aber diese abzocke mache ich nicht mehr mit

Die stundenlangen Wartezeiten in "Tropical Merge" verderben mir den Spaß an dem Spiel.
Schöne Bildgraphik aber technisch nicht ausgereift.
Außerdem zu teuer.

ich finde es gut, dass es kostenlose Spiele gibt, jedoch kommt man ohne Bezahlung nicht wirklich weit, da ich schon für Big Fish und Zylom genug bezahle sehe ich nicht ein, auch hier noch etwas zu kaufen. Meines Erachten handelt es isch hier um Augenwischerei, da man ohne Bezahlung nicht wirklcih weiterkommt.

Eigentlich schöne Spiele.....
Ich finde die Spiele grundsätzlich sehr schön und abwechslungsreich!
Leider überlege ich ernsthaft, sie zu deinstallieren.
Bis ca. Stufe 40 schafft man noch einiges, aber ab da schafft man kaum noch etwas, ohne zu kaufen.
Und das sehe ich nicht mehr ein, denn man braucht kaum 2 Spiele, schon ist alles gekaufte wieder weg! Man ärgert sich nur noch, dabei sollte es doch Spaß machen!
Ich spiele Jewels of Rom und Egypt und auch die Mahjong Spiele. Die sind leider oft noch schlimmer und man hat nach 2 Zügen schon "Keine Züge mehr!"
Ich habe schon mal die Spiele weiter empfohlen, aber von dort bekomme ich auch nur verärgerte Rückmeldungen.
Es ist schön, wenn man umsonst spielen darf, aber wenn man nicht weiter kommt, ist der Spaß schnell vorbei....bin nicht gegen das kaufen, aber das ändert ja leider nichts.

Hidden City - Dream Studio
The latest Event in Hidden City (Dream Studio) is atrocious for finding items, flashes of light scenes are not only making it difficult to find what you're looking for, it takes a toll on your eyes. There's something wrong when you use a tool that shows you where items are and you still can't see them.
A lot of the previous scenes are deliberately darkened, have muted colours, anything G5 can do to make sure that the player has to use and buy more tools.
The number of ads now is overwhelming, the game is less about improving my memory and seeing how much I'm willing to spend on it.
I used to love playing these games
I used to love playing these games - they were fun and you could progress through the levels. The levels were challenging but not impossible. This last few months, however have seen a real change - the levels are ridiculously difficult and even with the few free tools that you manage to gather, it is impossible to win them without having to buy more and more. This has just become a money grab and, sadly, I will not be playing any more.

The Secret Society - not a good review in my experience so here goes:-
Graphics are horrendous.
Not enough time given to open up new areas in jigsaw mode.
Once progression has been made you are unable to see what you have obtained due to too many adverts in between gameplay.
Why do I play it you ask, I simply do not know!
G5 ENTERTAINMENT NOT WORTHWHILE/DON'T HAVE ADEQUATE SUPPORT WHEN YOU RUN INTO PROBLEMS
Really, you don't even deserve one star. Was playing Sherlock Holmes for past 3/4 months, but when you run into a problem with playing - in my case, the game being in a constant updating/uploading mode, and then can only access two books and therefore not continue playing like before - seemingly since I got a new desktop pc, which also had the upgrade to Windows 11. I've written support countless times, and tried all of their suggestions to check, and none of what they suggest is at issue. What do they do? Repeatedly keep sending me the same paragraph of suggestions to try. One time asked me for screenshots of my computer system/version, and I sent, and then didn't bother to say anything about what I had sent them.
The game is great while it's working, but as soon as it's not, you're screwed. They take your money very willingly, but their supposed "Support" offers no support at all. They ignore your emails which highlight the issues and spell it out for them, and don't offer any solution or way to resolve. Read the online reviews (all of them), and you'll soon see that they don't care about issues dissatisfied players are having at all. I don't recommend you start playing any of their games. There's got to be better games that offer better customer service/support than these people.

Jeg købte for dkr.159 Golden Pass, desværre har G5 trukket ikke bare 1 men hele fem gange beløbet. Det burde jo ikke kunne lade sig gøre, da det kun kan købes en gang!
Nu kommer hele problemet for mig. Jeg skriver gentagne gange til deres support team, men får hver gang den samme autogenererede tekst retur. Det er trods alt 4 gange 159, som jeg har tilgode, men jeg ved simpelthen ikke, hvordan jeg kommer igennem muren med autosvar. Jeg har sendt referencenumre osv.- Intet sker.

Poor customer service; Disturbing images
G5's frequent ads portray a baby being drowned, a very small child alone in the rain at night and other disturbing images.
I contacted G5 and, after several A1 responses, received an email stating I would hear back from a live person. No email, and since that time it appears I've been put on a loop to only view the ad with the baby drowning.
Game is lots of fun/ pushy about wanting you to buy

This is THE worst experience I have EVER had with a game. I now know why this is a free game. you get people to start game and then after you get to like it, it starts freezing up and can't find updates for this piece of SHIT game. I will delete this game, leave a bad review and NEVER download another G5 game.

I've ordered a few things from here and never a single problem. Communication is good and trainers are great. Delivery times is not too bad either.
Losing players daily due to inadequacies and poor customer service
I have been playing Jewels of Rome and Mahjong Sheriff. Due to constant problems after updates; and now it is just a usual daily occurrence in their games. I contacted the so called customer service numerous times, which has offered no assistance at all; common sense would help here as the person would realize that if the game freezes, you can't very well take a screen shot, DUH. It does not seem that these people hold their customers in any regard, now they are not even replying to emails. I don't recommend any of these games to those truly interested in gaming, you will be severely disappointed in the games and the service. No wonder they have to recruit and advertise for players on a constant basis. I would encourage escalation to the corporate office if you can find one. 👎
