G2i Arvostelua 

We used G2i to hire a React Native developer. The experience was quite smooth and fast, and I preferred it to other competitors and similar services. The options for contractors they gave us were quite good, and we are satisfied with who we brought on to help us with our mobile app.

G2i is great network for a developer with 10+ years of experience. Know that most jobs won't be a fit for any one person's skillset. It's very important to take the time to interview the client to see if a job is a good fit for you. I've been on a contract for over 4 months now with a series-c startup, they always paid on time at the negotiated rate.

G2i has the best onboarding, billing, and developer support of any contractor placement I've worked for. I've been doing this for 20 years and it is easily the smoothest way to do contract work.

I've done the vetting interview for G2i in 2022 and, since then, I've been actively participating in their Slack Channel. I've seen lots of great Job Opportunities there - most of them are exclusively for G2i members. The payment rate is also great and fair. I've already worked with 3 clients for G2i, and I can see what they mean on client "quality" - they also vet clients. I never had any burnout or work exploration issues from G2i clients and that's also a green light. I'd totally recommend you take their vetting process if you are a Software Developer!

12 minutes to analyze a list of 40 requirements, 3 paragraphs of the problem statment and two React AI responses for performance code. Completely unreasonable in 12 minutes. They want AI to analyze their AI responses.

I applied for a Front-End Dev junior role and then they gave me a Python technical interview, after that they told me i passed (when I knew I didn't) and then I started to learn their course for the final test where there was 2 incorrect questions that made me fail. You cannot do that to people

Don't waste your time.
They will ask you to do a task or code review, then will ghost. No feedback. Months later, as if I've just submitted my candidature to the position in question, they will send a "new" invitation, to do the very same task.

Ah, the email domain they use to reach out doesn't accomodate incoming emails - with ending '.ia', been this one which they let it available for contact (?), so if you reply them you'll receive a sent failure response. Spare your time and don't engage with them.

There is no communication with these people. As intermediaries profiting from connecting you with outlier, they should be interested in people. Not only does the whole process take 2 months, but despite sending several emails requesting clarification on a few matters and the process, the only responses I get are from bots that are completely off-topic. If anything goes wrong, you are left on your own and will probably end up working for free.

These idiots CLAIM to have a professional process in recruiting skilled engineers, however instead they are looking for cheap low-quality slave workers for their so-called machine learning platform. Unless you are cheap labour from India don't waste your time with these lot.

I applied G2i at the end of December, 2024 and received the first email from the company. It says I will enter the first task.
I complete the task on time and I am sure I submitted it successfully.
Few days later I received it's email again. It says I missed the task. So I write to ask whether I failed or they did not receive my test content.
No reply email come to my mailbox until I found they sent me a notification of not considering my application.
