Fuzion 4 Arvostelua

Quite poor customer service from the office team, making things more difficult than they need to be for simple bookings.
An alarm system at an RSPCA centre wasn't well serviced and has been at fault for several months now, causing distress to on site animals, local residents and the staff team, due to alarms going off in the early hours for a few months now.
Engineers missed vital battery changes, plus a faults in detectors, costing a self-funded charity wasted time, resources and money.

Fuzion4 is a security alarm company which I used for a couple of years. Each year their system service was late and outside the service period. They then charged for faults that should have been rectified during the service period, had they completed this earlier. I've cancelled my contract with them yet they tried to charge for a whole year. It took months to convince them I was right and they were wrong so I've given two stars for that last minute acceptance.
