We are so sorry to hear that you had issues with the subscription, I can see the original order was placed online.
We do make a real effort to be as transparent as possible regarding our offers, we state the subscription in our advertising, also when you order online you have the choice between "One Time Purchase" and "Subscribe & Save". We also include subscription information in the initial email, on a physical insert and welcome note in the first pack itself as well as in the reminder email we send 3 days before every subsequent order.
We have checked our systems and the subscription is cancelled now so no further orders will be attempted, we have no communications from you either via email or phone regarding a cancellation.

Excellent service. Great product. My dog has been on Kurcupet K9 for about 5 years now. He is over 13 years old but still very active with good mobility. The supplement definitely helps and easy to give as tablet very small and can easily be hidden in food.
Company -very good communication and flexible on delivery date if required.
