Altering orders for items already altered
Nowadays, many customers baulk at the automated dialogue we have to join when we try to contact a business to order things or raise a query. Not so with FutureYou. Recently I’ve had to change the type and dose size of some pills at short notice. I’ve also havered about their delivery times too. Throughout the process my concerns have been dealt with by a named member of staff, via e-mail, with patience and courtesy. That has made me feel much happier than when I’ve had to wrangle with a semi-automated system whose range of responses doesn’t allow me to explain the problems that I would like it to deal with.
