Ho ordinato una bicicletta per bimbi e ho ricevuto invece, un altro articolo. Ho provato a contattare il servizio cliente tramite mail e mi hanno risposto che l'articolo che ho ordinato, per il quale ho ricevuto conferma tramite mail e che ho pagato non sono rivenditori. Quindi, suppongo che le immagini che utilizzano per i prodotti non sono reali. Mi è arrivato una bici del tutto diversa e anche di pessima qualità. Ho chiesto di poter effettuare il reso e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Inoltre, ho provato a chiamare il numero da loro indicato nel sito e non risponde mai nessuno. Evitate di fare acquisti.

Llevo más de un mes para contactar con ellos y no hay manera, no responden a ningún mensaje ni a el formulario web. Si vais a comprar en esta página aseguraros bien de que no les tengáis que contactar después de comprar.

Nie otrzymałem zamówionego towaru. Otrzymałem coś innego 4 x tańszego od zamówionego sprzętu. Email to ściema. Reklamacje to ściema. Współpraca firmy z fejsbukiem idealna. Dzięki fejsbukowi zrobiłem tam zakupy. Fejsbuk umywa ręce. Ale wystawia ich ogłoszenie, bo każda urwa za pieniądze zrobi wszystko.

Achat effectué le 12 Novembre, site contacté le 13 novembre pour changer l adresse de livraison, pas de réponse. Colis reçu mais ouvert que pour Noël... l article ne correspond pas à la description, modèle envoyé différent de celui présenté sur le site ... grosse déception le jour J ...pas de réponse du site !!!

No way to cancel the order and ton get a refund online... No tracking number it really look like a scam but how did they receive these trust pilot reviews!!!!

And now they ask me to change my review even though i still have no news of my purchase... Otherwise they won't help me.

Ich habe ein Spielzeug bestellt und erhalten.
Leider war ein Einzelteil des Spielzeuges falsch.
Das habe ich mit Foto gemeldet. Aber auf meine Nachricht hat man nach 10 Tagen noch nicht reagiert.

Das Spielzeug lässt sich nicht so nicht verwandeln. Das Geld somit verschwenden.

I got the Seven backpack with rusty accessory and without the original packing plactic bag. And I found plenty of receipt from the hidden pocket inside the backpack. I wonder is it a brand new item. The customer service replied that there would be paper for filling up the space for showing it looks better. It's rediculous. They are receipt from others like during a vacation. Airticket, hotel receipt, sight seeing ticket, shopping receipt etc.

Ordine arrivato in ritardo perché mancava un articolo nonostante mi avessero detto che era tutto disponibile e già spedito,poi dopo due settimane arriva il pacco con la garanzia che tutti gli articoli erano esatti..... ovviamente non ho trovato nel pacco tutta la merce pagata e nonostante le varie mail nessuno si è degnato di rispondere!

Der bestellte Artikel - ein Stofftierschlüsselanhänger war ohne Verpackung im Karton, außerdem war die Ware verschmutzt und der Ring des Anhängers rostig.
Die Kosten für Versand von Euro 18,50 sind deshalb eine Frechheit. Zudem dauerte der Versand sehr lange und der Karton war beim Eintreffen beschädigt.
Wäre das kleine (!) Stofftier extra verpackt gewesen, wäre es wahrscheinlich nicht verschmutzt. Sollte ein Geschenk für meine Enkelin sein, kann es so nicht verschenken!!! Aufgrund dieser äußerst negativen Erfahrung bestelle ich nicht mehr. Habe sofort ein Beschwerdemail geschrieben, auf das bis heute keine Antwort kam. Schlechter Kundenservice

Sono felicissima del mio acquisto, ho comprato lo zaino per farlo mandare in Belgio. La borsa e bellissima ed è arrivata con 2 giorni di anticipo.

Ho ordinato un giocattolo per mio figlio, la consegna è stata effettuata per il tempo previsto,è stato facile ordinare, il gioco è arrivato imballato correttamente!
