The sales assistant was very helpful and guided us to the exact product we needed. The chair is exactly what we required and was delivered by two gents that were probably the most helpful and professional guys I have encountered delivering furniture, both a credit to the company. Brilliant Company!!
We had the most amazing experience with Furniture World St Austell. I actually wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We had to change our order half way through waiting for it and they were kind, friendly and the most helpful team. Tim, who looked after us was an absolute star. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Happy with delivery
Happy with delivery, but when we unpacked the table and legs there was no split rings-so we had to go to Screwfix to buy!

A pleasure to shop here
Three purchases made recently from FurnitureWorld due to a house move. Delighted with my purchases with the quality and style and excellent customer service from the two chaps at the Plymouth store, friendly and helpful but not pushy, thankyou for that. Great Prices & Exceptional Customer Service
After doing some market research, I came to Furniture World for my Orla Kiely sofa & snuggler as they beat their competitors by a decent margin.
During the waiting period for the furniture (~6 weeks to manufacture), I noticed the prices for both products had reduced a little, so I put an enquiry in to see if they could honour the new prices as I had yet to receive the product.
A shoutout to Zia from the online service team who handled my request not only super quickly but without pushback and a super friendly and professional manner.
My whole experience with Furniture world from start to end has been truly fantastic, they're really competitive in pricing (best I've seen) and I'll certainly be returning in future.

We are very happy with our new suite and we thought the service was excellent. Staff in store friendly and helpful, along with the delivery guys. It did take a while, but we knew this from the start, so planned accordingly. All together very happy customers, thank you.

12 weeks of delays and awful customer service
We ordered a Tempur mattress back in December in store, and were told it would be 4 weeks for delivery. We bought the mattress, protector, pillows plus other additional services (delivery and collection of our old mattress), so we spent a fair amount of money with them!! (Not that this should impact on the service you receive!)
12 weeks later, and we have FINALLY received our mattress. Communication was appalling throughout this time. We went into our local store during this time (where we’d ordered) to get a refund on the old mattress collection, and the staff in the store couldn’t work the card machine..
Awful experience from start to finish.

We’re sorry that you could only give us a 1 star review. When we knew the mattress was going to be delayed we contacted you and gave you the opportunity to cancel your order or re-select to something else, you chose to wait for what you had ordered at the end of December. The issue with the card machine was due to a change in card processor and the machine had been set up incorrectly by them. Of course the staff know how to do a refund and this was issued as you requested.

Good service
Excellent choice of sofas, helpful staff even when it comes to chopping and changing. Sofa arrived on day specified. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and we love it.

Staff helpful but not pushy at store . Delivery was sooner than anticipated and arrangements for delivery were smooth and efficient. Delivery guys considerate to my home and made sure I was happy with the suite.
