First experience: apartment with smell of p1ss and mold everywhere. The room was okay.
Second experience: the first night I got out from the room, I had to sleeo on the couch.

Not recommended at all.

Le site web me propose la date d’aujourd’hui pour commencer la location par après on se rends compte que ce n’est pas possible vu l’heure. Et quand on appel le numéro personne ne décroche.
Pas évident en cas urgence et j’espère pouvoir avoir un arrangement ou alors mes 150 euros d’acompte de retour.

appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos, pas de changement possible dans un délai raisonnable, puis Covid.
maintenant 3 mois que la location est terminée et la caution n'est toujours pas remboursée.

The internet connection doesn't work.
The residence has only one fridge for 7 rooms where there is not enough space not even for 5.
The room was not cleaned when i moved in (there were trash from the previous tenant, the wardrobe smells bad).
No bathroom for the second floor so you have to move like 3 floors down to take a bath or whatever.
Really disappointed

I can’t book my room when i want but online the first and the fifteenth day of each month and i can’t even decide when to leave but only the fourteenth or the thirtienth day....please fix those things!

It was a good experience. Nice website and team behind the company.

No 150€ fee no proper guidance

Pas de télévision lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre. De plus j'ai téléphoné au minimum 5 x durant le mois d'août car j'attend un remboursement de 260 euros. La standardiste en télétravail note la raison de mon appel à chaque fois et rien n'avance, je suis toujours dans l'attente de ce montant ! J'attend maintenant également ma caution en plus !!!

Mon fils vient d'arriver à Luxembourg et devinez quoi ? Une personne occupe déjà sa chambre qu'il avait réservé et pour laquelle il a payé un premier mois, la caution...etc... Donc j'en déduis soit que la chambre a été louée avant même que l'entrée des lieux de sortie ait eu lieu ou qu'elle a été louée à deux personnes en même temps !!! J'espère en tout cas que le problème de mon fils va être résolu dans les plus brefs délais.

Premier point, ma fille n'a pas eu la chambre choisie au départ, car soit-disant, le locataire en place ne voulait pas la quitter. Ok, il lui a été attribué un autre appartement. Deuxième point, suite au confinement, ma fille n'a pas occupé cette chambre de mi-mars à fin mai, soit deux mois et demi, et malgré mes demandes, aucun geste commercial n'a été effectué, alors qu'évidemment, aucune consommation d'eau ni d'électricité, et bien sur, aucun frais de ménage. Et troisième point, j'ai du les relancer à plusieurs reprises pour le remboursement de la caution, qui finalement a été réalisé neuf semaines après la résiliation. Je déconseille vivement. Ma fille a eu une autre expérience en RBNB, très réussie et très riche. Je déconseille vivement ce site.

First I got the wrong key for the entrance. The problem with that was that it was a holiday and I had no way of getting the new key. In addition to that I was traveling that day and was very exhausted. Even if that is considered human error, another problem is the general cleaning of the place. While my room is clean the whole other areas stink.

There is no-one available to answer urgent phone calls, no matter how often I call and leave a message. My emails were not answered, either. When I received the reservation confirmation, it stated 51,850 Euros for the first month rent. Considering the prices they charge (yes, it is Luxembourg), this should not happen. I makes me wonder what other hindrances might occur. Also, I am not sure why they say all inclusive and then tag on a service package that changes with the length of stay. Does this mean additional charges, even if it says All In! ?

Very bad service! The only thing they do properly is to charge you for everything - cupidity is what animate them:
- 800 € /month for a 12 m² bedroom, hardly lighted, noisy, poorly furnished, not even clean
- 60 € for key retrieving, 60 € for key returning - as if renting a bedroom didn't imply key hand over
- 175 € for early termination
- 1 month rent for the service pack (which I cannot really figure what it is about, since I haven't seen any kind of service from them - key retrieval is not even part of it !!!)

Avoid this company at all cost.
Since there is no way to rate 0-star, I had to put one but it is way beyong what they are worth.

Good service, there’s plenty of choice. Particularly helpful for those moving to the city for the first time.
