I want to record my thanks and those of the family for your care and
dedication with all the arrangements for my Aunt Margaret.

Yesterday is still all a bit of a blur but what I do know is your discrete
professionalism allowed me to grieve and concentrate on my responsibilities
on the day

Thank you to Lewis, Nick and all their colleagues for such sensitive, kind and professional service. We really appreciated the time and care you took over getting the details right and the support you gave us all. We felt very well looked after and that we were in safe hands.

Thank you to the staff at Armstrongs for everything they did in connection with my mother’s funeral. They were caring, sensitive and helpful, as well as generous with their time. Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The entire team at Armstrongs were truly wonderful at such a sad time. They have now looked after both my parents and have been kind, empathic and no small detail was too much to make a sad occasion one that was as stress free as possible for our family.

Nick and his team were fantastic at my Mums funeral recently , as they were at my Dads 8 years ago. They are truly very professional, and sympathetic at the same time. There was one person who stood out , that was Lewis , he was there for me the whole time and it was so nice to speak to the one person always as you didn’t have to repeat yourself , so I really appreciated the continuity. I would definitely recommend Armstrong’s to everyone.

We would like to thank the entire team at Armstrong’s for the care and compassion they provided the family at a very difficult time. They took care of every aspect from our initial meeting through to the service. The entire process was smooth and problem free and they ensured every aspect of the service was exactly to our Dad’s wishes.
Their professional and caring approach gave us confidence that our loved one was being well cared for and the check-in phone calls made us feel supported and gave us further reassurance. The many little touches including the planting of a memory tree were very thoughtful. We would highly recommend their excellent, professional, and caring services.

From the minute I rang Armstrong’s and spoke to Nick in the early hours of the morning - I felt at ease and knew that the whole team would be there for me to help me through the days after my mother in laws passing with all the arrangements that mum and dad had requested when they pre-paid for their funerals back in 2010 . At times I was tearful / panicking about arrangements/ getting it all sorted in time but Lewis especially always made me feel much calmer when I had to speak with him on the phone and when we first attended the office to sort arrangements. I cannot fault anything at all . Just the care attention and compassion you need- it’s so hard trying to sort these things at the best of times let alone when you are grieving. The whole team were very understanding of the situation with Dad too being 91 and coping with loosing his wife of 65 years . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Armstrong’s to friends and family .

Throughout the process the staff, and particularly Fiona Humby, were very approachable and gave assistance offering thoughts from their knowledge and experience. Something many of us are short of at this critical time.
One aspect was annoying, but small in the scale of all that needed doing. However, having made a request for care and English (not American) spelling to be used in the Order of Service a change was made BUT then in a later version, prior to final printing we found that the change in spelling had been undone – it was back to American. It was at the time very annoying as I, having just lost my Wife, was already very stressed. They do need to check that changes once requested are retained consistently (and not reversed – so the change is lost). I think it was due to a sub-contractor they use, but the buck stops with them to ensure this sort of thing does not happen. They know of this and will hopefully ensure others do not get this SMALL problem.
I have to say that overall I would be happy to use their services again.

I would like to thank Armstrongs team for their help, kindness and compassion shown arranging the funeral of my beloved cousin in law.
The whole process from the beginning to the day of the funeral was so well conducted and they took a lot of stress and worries off me.
Armstrongs team were thoroughly supportive and professional throughout. They always had time to listen to what is needed.
I felt I was not just another customer but someone whom they cared about and provided a personal touch to the service. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure wishes were met.

Nick and the team were helpful, courteous and respectful and provided an excellent service. Armstrongs arranged both my parents funerals and I couldn't have asked for more. It was a lovely service and a fitting tribute to my mum and Dad.

We have used Armstrongs before so knew what to expect for 92-year-old mum's cremation. They are hugely professional and thoughtful without being cloying. They are not afraid to lighten the atmosphere with some gentle humour and were very supportive of mum's grandson who volunteered to be a pall bearer and to give two readings.

Very satisfied with the care and communication from Nick and colleagues. All options clearly set out with no hard sell. The celebrant provided by Armstrong's was excellent in leading a dignified and reflective service. I would not hesitate in recommending Armstrong's to anyone in West Suffolk.

I would just like to extend my thanks and gratitude to you and your staff at Armstrong’s for making Dads funeral so special.
Everyone on the day made everything run like clockwork which took a lot of stress away from our family and allowed us to concentrate on mourning Dad.

Yourself and John made what is the most traumatic event to happen in our lives into something that we will remember with warmth and love and not just sadness.

I had a very pleasant experience of using Armstrong's Funeral Services. They were very supportive and helpful particularly on the day of the cremation of my mother. I used their services a couple of years back for the cremation of my father and had no hesitation in using them again. They took all the stress out of a very difficult time.
