A shocking customer experience. Slow, unresponsive and downright obstructive. I would never buy from them again or recommend to anyone.

These people are theives, they've keep £15 of my money. I returned an item because it was unwearable due to it being full of glitter.(I have glitter tulle and the glitter does not fall off!). They given me a refund less £15 for restocking fee. They are just theives. Would never use again. Beware they will keep some of your money if you return an item.

I ordered two Funko pops from their site for a family members’ birthday on 23/09/22. Initially I had no issues, these Funko pops are hard to find and they were priced reasonably, they shipped and it seemed like everything was okay. However shortly
after shipping, I received an email that the order had been sent back to them as it had been damaged in transit. This of course is not their fault, and they reached out to me to see if I would like these reshipped or refunded. With these Funko pops being relatively difficult to find, I asked them to re ship these items. After my request to reship, they had told me that one item was now out of stock, which is frustrating that they did not keep an item aside for a pre-existing order, but there was nothing I could do there. They said the other item had already been shipped and gave me an estimated delivery date. I then requested the tracking information for this item, so I can ensure I will be home when it arrives as this is becoming an increasingly late gift. I received no response for 3 days, so I sent a second email asking for an update. In this email, they then told me that they had lost this item, I have asked for further clarification of whether or not I was lied to and if it hadn’t been shipped, if I would need to order elsewhere. Yet again, I am
waiting for a response days later and have had to send a follow up email. Incredibly frustrating and unhelpful customer service to leave a customer who has been continually let down waiting for any kind of resolution. I don’t doubt their products are great but you best hope you do not have any issues with the order as you will be waiting over 2 weeks with half an order even able to go to you with no idea if or when this will be.

Ordered for next day delivery and paid the £12.99 but came 3 days late however I’m not going to grumble as it still arrived in time and fabulous product. Will use again . Thank you FUN . Purchased the Post Malone funpop 😁

First time ordering from here. Easy and simple to do. Only reason for the 4 stars instead if 5 is because the tracking link didnt work at all (meaning i missed delivery and had to go collect). Otherwise will order from here again

I don't know why so many bad reviews had excellent service from start of order to the delivery easy to track and item well packaged

Outstanding customer service, didn't receive a confirmation email and they responded to my enquiry within 2 hours GENUINE Funko Pops and 2 day delivery to the UK. Box was padded out with brown paper and the boxes were in immaculate condition.

Not sure what the negative feedback is about but honestly buy with confidence.

Bought Ghostbusters Ghost trap from Fun.com as currently hard to find in the UK. Didn’t realize it would be shipped from USA but only took 10 days to UK and was able to Track. Delivered well packed and didn’t have any duty to pay. Good price and Post was cheaper than most UK companies charge. Very happy with the item. Will definitely use Fun.com again, and have recommended this item from Fun.com to my fellow Ghostbusters in the UK

Bought a pop figure for a Christmas present which I couldn’t get anywhere else apart from Amazon for double the price and double the delivery time. Came in perfect condition, even after being shipped from America!! Make sure you read what you’re buying properly as it will say estimated delivery times if being imported and also if you will need to pay customs- I only had to pay £4 for delivery with customs included! And was delivered before the date expected. Thrilled!

Took just over a week to arrive. Bought some POP! Vinyls as they were sold out everywhere else. The boxes were slightly squashed on some so if you're wanting to showcase the pops with the original box then be wary there may be a few dents. The pops themselves were in good condition! A few marks and scuffs but this is due to the painting itself, not the delivery. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

Little confused about the bad reviews for this place, I'm a massive Funko fan and the prices these guys have for some of their Funkos can't be beaten, Have made orders with over 40 Funkos at times and not one of them have had any issues, I can't comment on other items on their website, but Funkos no issues at all 10/10

I’d avoid this company at all costs, over priced £126 for one costumes, that fall apart after one wear due manufacture issues . Customer services are useless basically telling me they are no longer reply to my emails as it’s not there problem. All that money you’d think they’d be made at better quality. My sons Asda Halloween costume is better quality for £10.

Cannot recommend enough! Not only were the items cheaper than through the usual “online giants” with the express shipping option added on they were still cheaper! Order placed Sunday night and delivered Wednesday afternoon, well packaged for transit and the packaging for both items in pristine condition. I’ll admit I was a little worried when reading some of these reviews but fun.co.uk is a brilliant site to order from and I definitely will do so again. A* process from start to finish…HUGE THANKS!!

I am going to be very honest about all aspects of my purchase with fun.com….

The range of products available is great, the international shipping is great and the speed of shipment is also relatively fast!

However, having purchased a Funko POP from this company (a collectors item), it arrived very damaged because the packaging was awful. It was literally shoved inside a cardboard box just slightly larger than the size of the Funko box itself with absolutely zero padding to protect the item during transit. Naturally I am disappointed that my Funko pop arrived in such an inferior quality compared to others and so I got in touch.

I will give it to them, the customer service response speed is also totally great, however the resolution was not so good. I requested a replacement POP as I am a collector…. I was told no because “it might arrive in the same condition again”!!!!!!! What!? That’s not something you should be saying, as a vendor for Funko, shouldn’t you be making every attempt to ensure the products DO NOT arrived having sustained damage? Perhaps boxes with additional padding inside for safety… even some crumpled up packaging paper inside the box would make the world of difference. I was offered a refund which I have happily accepted but my issue is with the sheer ignorance to the underlying issue which is the lack of care in packaging the item.

Overall, although several positives, I will not be using this website again to buy items which have collectible or sentimental value as I cannot trust they will show up safely.

Placed my order online and then read the reviews and was really concerned!
I'm in the UK payed for next day delivery and both items I ordered did arrive with me the next day, packaged well, and both items were exactly as expected. I'm not sure what to make of the other reviews on here as I had no problems whatsoever with ordering or delivery.
Both items I ordered were showing in stock online whereas I did notice some items were pre-order or had dates they were expected in by so I'm guess as they appear to be based in the states they must have a UK warehouse otherwise there's no way my items could have arrived the next day. I also didn't have to pay any customs costs as other reviews have stated. I will be using this company again and will take into account that any items showing as pre-order or have a expected date are most likely being shipped over and the delivery lead time may be a while.

Avoid this company like the plague. I purchased the wooden model train in February, after tracking the shipment & repeated e-mails & requests for a refund. Still no sign of my shipment & we are now in May

My Funko looks amazing, it is a real Funko. The package came 2 days late but it doesn’t bother me because I could track the package. Would absolutely order from here again.

All of the pop funko I’ve ordered from this website are FAKE! and their costumers service does not answers to my messages.

The fact the Apple Pay rejected payment every time got me thinking. Checked the reviews, thank goodness. If the price seems to good to be true, it probably is.

So I placed my order and then saw the reviews! That made me very pessimistic about this, I didn't know they were based in US so that was a little annoying as times for shipping were different but acceptable from me once I knew where they were based. Took about 2 weeks to arrive and was in perfect condition, both items were well packaged and survived the trip. Another thing worried me was the Pop! Vinyls said to be fake, but these were 100% legit (and I have got fake ones before and can tell the difference along with box details etc) so all in all a good experience. I would say that delay in times is expected due to being in US even though its a .Co.uk website.
