Full Car Checks Arvostelua

Bought a full car check at £9.99 , document returned almost instantly and at a glance all was good with plenty of green giving me a re-assured feeling, however when looking in detail in different sections of the same report the car details changed on various pages of the report and left me feeling confused and doubtful about the accuracy of the report, which is the opposite of what a car check should do. I contacted and received an explanation, an apology, full refund and a compensatory offer of complimentary checks. Whilst the initial service failed to meet needs, i accept the explanation and commend the customer service received since my initial complaint.

Don’t waste your money on using this site for a service check. After paying for a full service check there is a main dealer service missing from the report which I know full well was done as I have the invoice and it’s shown on the VW service print out. As a result I can’t be sure if there are any other services missing from the record. Disappointed.

Excellent service from Full Car Check. I’ve been using them for years. Any issues with a vehicle will show up, including outstanding finance, write-offs, and even damage photos. It’s saved me a ton of times. Highly recommended.

This website is easy to use and gave me a lot of useful information for free. This helped me make a decision as to whether to purchase a vehicle or not, as I was not sure that the salesman was forthcoming with all the information.

Even having a brief look without a commitment one can glean a miriad of great up to date information. Which would only encourage to buy one or several searches.

I was asked to leave a review so I can get a free check, hopefully I will get one :)

Straightforward, simple and accurate. Don't need to use any other company. All the information on the report was verified and it was all correct. Definitely recommend.

Great Site for Car History & Accident information 👍🏻

If it is true then they are the only van checking service that gives you a full vehicle report free so we will see

Great free info to check basic details and then full check for competitive rate.

Easy site to navigate giving a clear and detailed report within seconds. Gives immediate reassurance when looking to buy a previously owned vehicle.

Great value very quick response time all good will use again.

Excellent app. Gave full breakdown of checks

Comprehensive list of checks available. It helps give peace of mind when looking at the second hand car market because you dont really know the history of the car from the log book or what the seller tells you. When looking to purchase a car for my son, it really helped by letting me see everything there was to know about a car.

Really good website

Did a check, which was quick and easy - and picked up invaluable information about a car's history that the dealer selling it hadn't revealed. Saved me from making a risky purchase.

After speaking to full car check my issue was resolved in a very swift manor excellent service recommended.

Needed to find out about a cars history, full check came back within seconds.
Thanks 😊
