Excellent service and very competitive price

Firstly, I'd like to thank Steven at FuelQ for keeping me fully informed on the progress of getting my fuel card. It took a little longer than anticipated due to requesting the card over Christmas, but I was kept in regular contact via. personal phone calls.

As I'm a member of MotorsportUK, FuelQ have partnered with them to offer members a much appreciated discount on our fuel costs. Saving a fair few pence per litre on diesel, it is a great little perk.

So far so good, it's a pay as you go system, so your card is "pre-loaded" with a certain amount, and will top itself up as and when necessary.

The app is fairly good, the map doesn't work great, but you can use the station finder easily enough on FuelQ's website. I'm sure they'll get it sorted 👍🏻

All in all, a good experience so far!

Had a few issues
with the updated App, but Stephen was a great help and obtained the information I needed.

How did this not exist before?? It’s felt like I’ve been kept in the dark all these years. The app is a pleasure to use. Although, my wife is becoming annoyed that I keep mentioning it to everyone we meet…which makes me love it even more! Bloody brilliant. Thank you for inventing this.

Signed up beginning of December, direct debit came out 12th, card dispatched 14th!!!. Now 1st Jan and still no card yet and out of pocket. If arrives next week will hopefully see the card is useful

Stephen from their Customer Service Team was always willing to support us and keeping us informed all the way during our application.

All in all it was a great customer experience.

Ticking all the boxes for the business and invoices schedule is very good, wished I had got a FuelQ card sooner, pricing per liter is fabulous. 10/10

Easy application process, very helpful team who was about to help and advise before and after the application process.

So lovely to have people with common sense at the end of the phone who help and answer all questions or enquiries in the way we all remember but sadly seems in short supply in today's society

Joe from BBS Fuel helped me all the way from learning about what a fuel card even is to setting it all up when they arrived in the post. He has been so helpful and easy to talk to. I appreciate his excellent communication 👍

It was an easy and pleasant experience with BBS fuel cards. Made a query online, within a couple of hours i had a call back from Joe of BBS. He was helpful and patient with me, i asked many of questions as it seemed a little too good to be true, but all turned out to be just as described. Saving me money on my 1st tank of fuel, would cost £80 if paying normally, cost me £66 using my fuelcard supplied. Perfect, can't ask for more.

I spoke with Joe from BBS fuels he is very friendly and easy to talk too. We discussed my weekly / monthly fuel consumption and then he informed me of what each card offered and which one he recommended, this allowed me to make a clear and informed decision. I have now been using the card for almost 1 month and can already see a clear saving, since the initial application Joe has contacted me to make sure I'm happy with my choice and that I understand how all the apps work.

Over all im very impressed with the level of friendly professional service and continued support I would recommend to everyone to give BBS fuels and Joe a call if you cover a lot of miles.

With the cost of living and fuel being so expensive I’m delighted that I’m looking at saving c.30p per litre on diesel thanks to BBS.

They have an extensive network of fuel options to cater for the likes of Shell etc.

Joe was really easy to deal with and always came back to me quickly.

It goes without saying I’ve recommended to family & friends.
