Shockingly bad & expensive delivery service
Item ordered on 4th April, despatched 7th April and didn't arrive until 25th April - this post (small parcel by Post Office) cost me £4 plus VAT for p&p. This postage is pathetic & expensive, I won't be stung like this again.

Once a parcel leaves us and is with Royal Mail, any delays are unfortunately outside of our control — and it’s just as frustrating for us as it is for you. Royal Mail usually aim to deliver by the next working day, but if an item hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the due date, the sender may be able to claim compensation.

On the postage cost — we’re limited by Royal Mail’s current rates, and always choose the most cost-effective option. The postage charge also includes the time and materials to carefully pick and securely pack your order.

Just some tracking information would be nice.
I really needed this ASAP and expected to have some form of primitive tracking from Royal Mail after paying GBP 6.50 for postage. No tracking information at all and stupid Royal Mail don't leave it at the house, even though they agreed to leave things at the house. I left the garage door wide open for them as well, in case it came today (Saturday), but I didn't actually know that it would arrive today because THERE WAS ZERO TRACKING INFORMATION FROM FUELDUMP. Now, can't get it until Tuesday!
