Do not use this company!! I deposited a few ammounts the first 2 i lost on roulette and on the last depoit i played some blackjack and was winning quite a bit, i placed a bet and they rejected it because they said i was now using my bonus money which wasnt true i had plenty of cash there and i lost out on quite a large sum of money because of this!! When i spoke to customer service they said i was stopped playing to have a cooling off period and i had been playing for some time, i think i had been playing for around 45 minutes in total maybe? Ridiculous, they stopped me playing because i was winning which is clear because first im told my bet wasnt accepted due to using bonus money then customer service tell me a whole different story, if they were so concerned about me having a cooling off period maybe they should have just not let me deposit? Theyre customer service team are beyond rude and did not listen to me at all, very frustrating, theyre fraudsters

Awful casino, deposited a few times then tried to withdraw got asked for all kinds of I'd, sent all the documents over all of a sudden My account is closed emailed had no reply at all, so they took my money but not willing to pay out! No contact number either just useless online chat who have no access to any information. Going to give them a few more days to reply then going to see what legal action I can take.
