Fantastic effective service
Finally got round to leaving a review as requested. Frontline have been great with us since the start. We had tried different avenues for collecting Overdue fees in the past but just ended up with more problems than we started out with.
Frontline were recommended to a group of us by somebody at the Dentistry show last May.
We specialise in high level dental services and some of our clients are in the public eye. We needed a professional but effective approach to recovering unpaid fees. Frontline have produced on all fronts and collect on most instructions we pass over.
An efficient and professional Dental debt collection service was what we needed that wouldn’t hurt our brand. Frontline have surpassed expectations and even helped me out with a separate personal debt collection matter. The instruction admin cost for their services is small and they don’t charge anything other than a small commission. This is deducted from collected monies only.
Highly recommended service that I intend to tell others about.

Professional, supportive, effective advice when needed
After a bad experience with another collections company, I was concerned that all debt recovery companies may be the same, what I received was excellent advice and support from Tony, in particular. We were faced with an intelligent and slippery debtor who had me questioning my approach and my way forward. Let me be clear, we had done a good job and were being made to wait for money because our debtor was using Covid-19 as an excuse, even though the invoice was due way before Covid-19 became an issue. Tony answered our questions, cut through our debtors BS and advised us correctly on how to recover our money in what turned out to be a bluffing game - all outstanding monies received within a week - Thankyou Tony for your patience, right advice and support at the right time !!

I was on the receiving end of a Jeff frost, he believed I reviewed dental treatment when in fact I hadn’t, I hadn’t signed the payment plan because I was happy with the monthly amounts. He was the rudest person I ever encountered. Disgraceful. I am now in the process of putting forward a formal complaint.

Having had a very large dept that had not been paid to me, I contacted Frontline. They were extremely helpful and professional , they gave me a great deal for information over the phone they had found when I was speaking them. I have resolved the debt myself, however I would have used their services if I had not resolved the debt myself. I think they would have resolved the debt and been a far more cost effective than going to a solicitor.

You called us to enquire about the collection of an Unpaid CCJ then during the course of the brief conversation claimed that somebody had laughed at you. You then proceeded to hang up?! A most unusual sequence of events. We deal with many enquiries every single day and this has never happened in 15 years+

extremely pleased with the service!
I have been struggling to obtain payment from a large international client. We used Frontline Collections to assist with this issue. These guys responded swiftly and professionally while dealing with our client and recovered our debt in a very short time frame. achieved the improbable !
I had a difficult tenant who it took 8 months to remove from the house as she knew 'how to play the system'. I doubted that I would get any result in collecting a substantial amount of money from her but decided to try anyway.Frontline traced her within a day and recovered the full amount owed within 4 weeks! - I am still astonished by this . Apart from being very good at what they do they are also very professional and pleasant to talk to . I could not recommend them highly enough.

Sarah at Frontline helped me for the second time this year with a debtor. This time it was a more substantial amount for a small company like ours. Sarah explained everything very clearly and we opted to go for the stage one letter. I would like to extend an enormous thank you to Frontline Collections for successfully recovering money owed to me. I made the mistake of lending money to someone. Despite a signed contract, the money was not repaid. I approached Frontline, who's staff are nothing but professional. A single letter from Frontline to the debtor resulted in the money being paid back to me very quickly. I cannot believe Frontline were able to help me with such a small debt, but they did. If I ever need a debt recovered again, I will call Frontline. Thank you so much, your reputation is amazing and very well deserved. Highly recommended.

Disappointed and would not recommended
I had two cases against two builders that damaged my properties. I was given assurances that 99.99% of cases end with the claimant getting the money back. So I payed over a grand for frontline collections to get my money back. BOTH cases resulted in me NOT getting my money back. So I must be the 0.01% that doesn't get my money back. So not only am I down 5K to fix the builders damage but I am also down £1.5K in there fees. They also have a strange way of dealing with complaints or concerns. They say. This person has been reviewing your case or working really hard and is very upset. Its almost like they try to make you feel like you have done something wrong for having concerns.Its like they try to blame you for there lack of experience or poor communication'. Before I handed over any payment someone went through my case and said. 'Oh yes your defiantly get your money back' To say im disappointed is an understatement. I would not recommend Frontline collections to anyone.

It is entirely regrettable that you have chosen to leave 1 star review, Angela from our Legal team who has been helping you with the Legal aspect of your cases for the past 18 months.
in the interest of fairness and transparency, we will provide a correct assessment of the facts pertaining to this unfortunate scenario.
Firstly, one of the CCJ's you instructed us on became the subject to an appeal as you are aware. The debtor applied to have it set aside and Angela & the Legal Team successfully reviewed your case bundle and helped have the application to have the judgement set aside thrown out. An application was made for a third party debt order however as you made the original CCJ claim, you were advised by the courts that the third party debt order had to be made directly from yourself and any refund due has to be made directly from yourself. You were not happy about this we understand however we do not make the Civil laws that govern such. Furthermore, as the matter of the court case for the appeal against the original CCJ became protracted, you were given an additional 5 months legal assistance free of charge! The costs would have run into the thousands if you had been using a solicitor. You also still have your CCJ that we assisted and prevented from being set aside. You don't appear to acknowledge that though nor the fact that we have provided thousands of pounds worth of legal services to help you.
The second case you advised you had an address for the debtor. Following investigations and engagement with the address owner you supplied. An elderly gentleman showed our Collection officers a copy of his Council Tax bill to confirm that he had been at the address for quite some time. Regrettably we were not able to trace the debtor from that point however this may not have been the case in the imminent future.
You have not paid us £1,500 in fees at all, nowhere near this amount has been paid and that includes all the court fees paid for the third party debt hearing and the application by the debtor to have the judgment set aside.
We regret that you have chosen to leave us a bad review as all we have tried to do is assist you and have by preventing your judgement from being set aside and appealed. We totally understand the frustrations of not recovering debt as quickly as one would hope but that has not been by any lack of effort as you are already aware!
As a result of this review, we assume you wish us to close the file that we had been providing free legal advice for - we will also inform the courts they are no longer to address any correspondence or contact us in relation to your cases.
The facts are that we recover millions of pounds every year and will continue to do so. Regrettably that has not been the case in this instance however we have acted with nothing but good faith and gone way beyond that of providing a simple 'debt collection' service as the above demonstrates.

Firstly got a call from a fantastic man who gave me great confidence in recovering my money. Left it with them for 12 months, the person who owes me money I knew wouldn’t be easy, however after 12 months they did say that they would be closing it down. I had emailed numerous times within this period and had no reply’s from the weekly communication staff member. At this point I made a complaint. My complaint was picked up by Jeff who seemly seemed great; communication at first was brilliant and I felt in safe hands. There was about 10-15 emails back and forth; now, he is ignoring my emails after saying he would personally pick this up and I have called twice to be told he’s out of the office. I have been assured that he will be told and get back to me the following day, which he has not. The communication is appalling from the company unless they can get you the money. I am confident if your debtor will be easily influenced to pay then they will recover it. However if this was the case taking my guy to court would have sorted this, I went to frontline as he is not that easy. Use based on this advise!!

This matter is currently with our High Court Enforcement team as you are aware. You have been contacting Frontline almost daily for updates however our High Court Enforcement Officers cannot attend every day at your request.
We have incurred costs into the thousands on this case and even escalated it to the High court and obtained a writ, FREE of Charge to you! We paid the costs! This action alone can cost thousands in Legal Fees to individuals.
We understand the frustration of the debt not being paid in full yet but you even state that you knew it would not be easy so this 1 star review is entirely unfair under the circumstances. Especially when you consider all the hard work and effort that many Frontline Collections staff have put in to help you, this review is quite frankly unacceptable.
Based upon this factually incorrect and intentionally damaging review, we assume that you wish to cease all action based upon this and will advise our High Court Officers to close the file forthwith!
