Ordered a product and said delivery in 5 working days. However delivery is pending August 20 th despite order being places 20 June. I had no contact from them, I have had to find this out. So beware re delivery advice before you pay.

Excessive retargeting, their ads have come up what must have been hundreds of times, I try to opt out but it just swaps it for a different ad from them.

We purchased both the Always Pan Standard and Always Pan Mini ceramic-coated pans from Our Place in January 2025, and unfortunately they have been extremely disappointing.

Despite carefully following all of the recommended care instructions - avoiding high heat, using only gentle cleaning methods, and treating the pans with care - food constantly sticks to the surface and is incredibly difficult to clean off afterwards. Day-to-day use has become frustrating rather than enjoyable often having to reheat food whilst attempting to clean the pan from items stickingto it.

What’s even more concerning is that the ceramic coating inside the pans has already started chipping away after this long of normal use. Not to mention the outside of the pan looks awful now too and not like the photos present. For cookware marketed as premium and sold at a high price point, this level of durability and performance is unacceptable.

We have owned much cheaper pans in the past that performed far better, lasted longer, and were significantly easier to maintain. Considering the cost of these products, we expected much higher quality and reliability.

Overall, we are very disappointed with the usability, durability, and value for money of these pans and would not recommend them based on our experience.

Do not purchase from here. Returned my order a couple of weeks ago and haven't had my refund processed. They appear to have ‘lost’ my return. Appalling customer service.

Over the years, I’ve ordered a few bits and bobs from Our Place and can sadly say not a single item has held up over time.
I made the terrible decision to purchase the bakeware set. I was so excited for it to arrive that I immediately threw away all the packaging, only to discover the griddle pan is absolutely gigantic. On their website, it shows it seamlessly fitting inside an oven but it’s far too wide for my standard UK oven and can only be used on the hob. It’s cumbersome and difficult to manoeuvre.
Of the three “bakers”, only one is still standing after just three and a half years. They weren’t used daily or even weekly. One simply broke apart when my partner removed it from the oven, food spilling everywhere as the dish came apart in his hands. When I placed the order three and a half years ago, I didn’t expect I’d be having to shop for new baking dishes this soon. Some might think three and a half years is good going, but my crappy old roasting dish I bought at the local market in my tiny hometown is still good as new 15 years later.
I also bought Our Place’s famed Always pan, which is advertised as non-stick but this seems like false advertising. Again, we’ve had it a few years but the non-stick has completely vanished. It’s a nightmare to use! We’re getting married in July and if we get gifted any money, it’ll be being spent on new pans and roasting dishes, and a honeymoon.
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Our Place. It simply doesn’t stand the test of time. Even the pretty appearance of the products doesn’t last, so it’s really not worth it.

Please do not buy this inferior product. I purchase a set end of 2024 and they delivered early 2025. The ceramic is coming off. A problem as they said when the ceramic is laid by hand it wears off and causes some chipping!!
All other products elsewhere have 5 years or lifetime warranty. Please read the small print. Terrible products. Sadly I purchased a set for my daughter as well recently. Never again. Pay somewhere else and get a decent set of pots and pans with much longer warranty.
They offered £30 compensation but not usable during the sale! Why would I want to pay more to you with the discount if I were to buy from you again! EVER!

I want all buyers to read the reviews. Terrible product, lasted around a year before product outside coating started coming off into my food. As 3 weeks over 1 year wont cover warranty and dont even bother buying online, brand alley, qvc, etc as they say they wont cover you on their warranty.

Ordered Essentials cookware set based on no forever chemicals and stylish selection. However disappointed after less than 2 weeks of ownership. Pans discolour and non stick coating already wearing off. Customer service advice to use ‘DIY’ vinegar and baking soda paste which I considered to be surprising given so called ‘premium’ quality advertising. Wouldn’t recommend, better quality cookware out there!

Bought my ourplace mini oven 8 month ago. I am well used to mini ovens living on my own. I think it was overpriced and I knew this when buying but in my option it looks so lovely on my bench I would have paid more. I use it every day with no issues only thing it cooks so fast and gets so hot I had to turn temperature down on most things.

*Update* Only part of my order was shipped (after chasing several times) as the pan grips were on back order and due in February. I chased this week only to be told I had received them. I went through the whole scenario again (customer service appears to ignore comments in each communication and you have to repeat it). The date I supposedly received them was before they were due in stock!! Their system has clearly mixed up my order and they have marked my whole order as despatched. However, I have now received an email, after I explained why/how I hadn’t received them, which just said ‘just wanted to check you had received the pan grips’. Totally ignoring the fat that my complaint was because I hadn’t received them!! Once again, terrible customer service. How they keep trading is beyond me.

I ordered a set of duo mini pans for £150 in the Boxing Day sale and received a pair of oven gloves instead!!
Customer service initially acknowledged my email in which I attached photos of the package I received (contents and envelope).
Now radio silence. No reply to my numerous emails asking what is happening with my order and requesting a refund as they clearly are unable to despatch the correct order. Terrible customer service.

Actually, i haven't ordered anything yet!! i needed to do my research first and OMG...you need to sort it out, 81% with 1 star reviews?? So many negativity that i'm put off placing any orders

I cancelled my order before it had even been shipped and I'm still waiting on my money back 10 days later. They assure me over email that they have sent it already and I should have it. They are clearly lying. I'm down £150 which is a significant amount so close to Christmas. Just a **** company that relies on shiny marketing, I would avoid them at all costs. Glorified thieves.

I am now very angry that your company is still using advertisement platforms promoting your rubbish cookware for. Innocent vulnerable people to buy. I purchased the Large Always Pan and the Large "Perfect Pot" expecting long‑term performance from “premium” cookware. After a period of normal household use, both pans lost their non‑stick: eggs and everyday foods stick, and cleaning now requires soaking and scrubbing. I’ve always followed the care instructions: using oil/fats, only wooden/silicone utensils, and never washing while hot. I hand wash and they have never been in the dishwasher. I tried all the recommended restoration steps (boiling water, overnight soak, bicarbonate + vinegar). Nothing restored the coating.

I supplied photos and a detailed account to customer service. The response focused on the 1‑year warranty, and I was told that non‑stick deterioration after ongoing use is considered wear and tear. No replacement or refund was offered beyond a small discount to buy a new pan. Given the price, I expected the pans to be durable and to remain fit for normal cooking for far longer. My experience with both items suggests the coating doesn’t last, and the lack of a practical resolution from support was disappointing.

I can’t recommend these pans based on durability and after‑sales support.

i realise i chose wrong colour on my wonder oven order. foolishly i thought i could just give them a call and get it sorted but there is noone to call, only an email address with an ezt 48hr response time. i then read that there is no definite timeframe for delivery which was a wtf! moment, esp given amazon couldve had the oven here tomorrow. at this point, i decided to look at trustpilot to see how the company is rated. the usa arm seem fab, the uk is shite. No confidence that i will get the right colour oven, soon, or that any issues will be competently handled, i have now requested the whole transaction be cancelled and refunded. Given the order is pending this should be straightforward, but seems unlikely. Maybe they'll surprise me

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have sent 3 emails & completed enquiry sheets in the last month regarding the ‘wonder oven’ and have received absolutely nothing back.
No trust & Confidence in this Company at all.

They replied to my review both here and on Instagram, asked for my details and DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.

This pan is expensive and definitely not nonstick, so I really don’t think it should be marketed as one. I tried making stir-fried rice noodles tonight, and they stuck badly, leaving a burnt smell and a layer of charred noodles. I ended up switching to my Our Place Always Pan, but the noodles stuck to that one too.

The problem is I now have to soak both pans for hours before I can clean them properly and use them again. One of the reasons I bought this pan was because I thought I could just put it in the dishwasher — but that didn’t happen, and here’s why. The small circular patterns on the titanium pan aren’t flat, and even with the brush they provided, it’s really hard to clean. In the end, I still had to wash it by hand.

The burnt bits leave marks, and I’m not even sure if that residue might carry over into the next meal. I’m honestly a bit concerned it could be harmful.

Right now, I only have Our Place pans, so I guess I’ll need to invest in a truly nonstick one for dishes like this. And just to add — even frying a sunny-side-up egg causes sticking. It’s okay for cooking meat or veggies, but it’s far from perfect. For the price, I really expected better quality.

Worst company ever. Dreadful customer service, awful pans, had to send each item separately. I had bought the set so it took me 5 journeys to the post office to get everything sent off as I don’t drive. And now that they have received the goods back, total radio silence. I don’t think I have ever been this frustrated in my entire life. No live chat, no phone number, they don’t accept messages on IG and they are not responding to any of my emails. Ezra in customer service sounds like an AI bot and not a human being. They owe me around £450. Bunch of crooks!! Please do NOT buy from this company. Their pans stick and they do NOT care about their customers. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
