We purchased two frog bikes the pink 40 for my 3 year old and a red 48 for my 5 year old. We absolutely love them. My daughter struggled with peddling so we also have the tadpole plus balance bike and it’s amazing. He confidence has really improved. The best bikes, amazing quality I highly recommend

We absolutely love Frog Bikes! Our youngest started on a Tadpole Mini and he loved it that much he progressed to the bigger Tadpole. The quality of bikes are brilliant but, to add icing to the cake communication with the company is fantastic!

I can't praise 'Frog Bikes' any higher. Over the past 4 years both of my children have learnt to ride a cycle on 'Frog Bikes'.
Starting with Frog Tadpole's and then moving to first peddle bike (Frog 42 and 48).
The Frog products are so well made, they are almost child proof (indestructible).
On the two occasions that I have needed spare parts, that's when Frog shines. There is a phone number you can call, and guess what (its like turning the clock back 20 years) a real person who knows their products answers the call. The Customer service Agents, really do care about you the customer.
I just love this company. My family are on our fifth Frog Bike now and the kids next bike will be a FROG.

Having been a fan of the Frog brand and purchased two Frog bikes for our kids, I am a little disappointed that the quality of some of their accessories and their customer service doesn’t match up to the premium positioning of the brand.

One of our kids was given a Frog water bottle as a present and after only 10 months, of light use, the seal at the top had detached. These things happen, so I went onto the website to request a replacement, assuming it would be under a 12 month manufacture’s warranty. I was told 10 months was considered fair wear and tear!!! After a few emails back and forth I was then told to go back to the retailer where it was purchased to claim a replacement. This might legally be the correct response but it created more hassle for me having to get the details from the person who bought it and, the response I got from the retailer was, I needed to get an expert to verify the damage… for a £10 water bottle!!!

The customer service rep at Frog has been cordial this entire time but the whole process feels like is designed to make it difficult for customers to get a replacement for something which hasn’t lasted anywhere near as long as it should have.

I have just thrown the water bottle away because I can’t bare to waste any more time going back and forth on it. Instead I’m leaving this review to warn others that, in this instance, the quality has been underwhelming and I would expect a brand like Frog to take a little more pride in their products and the experience their customers receive.

I won’t be buying anything more from Frog.

I ordered a bike from the ex display part of the website. The bike arrived with a punctured front tyre that felt like it had no inner tube. The bike also had a chip out of the paintwork which I felt was more than an acceptable scratch that I was aware was part of buying an ex display model. I was offered a replacement tyre which I would need to take to a local stockist to put on, but the bike is too big for my car and it was too much hassle to go through for a new bike which shouldn’t have been damaged. I requested that they collect the bike instead only to be informed that the return would be at my own cost. After several emails they told me they would collect the bike, however, a week later I’m still waiting to find out when. It is a big bike taking up space in my house and I can’t purchase a new one until I have the money refunded. I had no apology and am not impressed at all.

I knew that Frogbikes is an excellent brand but now I know that has an amazing customer care as well

I bought a 2nd hand Frog 48 that was in pretty good condition, but needed the contact points replacing.
I got the lot from the Frog website, cheaper than my local bike shop with very quick delivery too!
This bike is obviously meant to last and be passed along. I’m extremely impressed with Frog as a whole and their customer service!

I buy second hand bikes to save money, usually I need a few bits to renovate the bikes back to perfect condition. Good on Frog Bikes for making the spares easily available with fast service and at sensible prices 😊
So far I’ve owned a 44 and a 55, both are nicely tailored to young beginner riders, and both are good quality and reliable.
Keep up the good work Frog!

Frog bikes are not cheap, nor are they easy to run and maintain. The bicycle works well but my son grows meaning we need to adjust the bike.

So just two months after buying my son a new Frog bicycle, at a hefty price, I discover that to raise the handlebars a couple of inches I need to take the bicycle back to a Frog stockist to fix an adaptor at a cost of £25-£33.

Usually this would take a moment to do with an Allen key, now we are cancelling a family bicycle trip to pay more money to Frog.

If you like throwing money at problems then Frog bikes are for you!

Fantastic customer service from Frog Bikes and especially Eve in customer service. I have never searched out a company to review before but the help I received sourcing a spare part for a bike was exceptional. We have 3 frog bikes in our friends circle and I can highly recommend them.

I can’t rate the Frog 44 first pedal bike highly enough! My five year old had been struggling for ages to ditch the stabilisers on her old bicycle and wasn’t having any success. When we gave her the Frog 44, she rode without stabilisers on her first attempt! We couldn’t believe it! The bicycle is so light and easy for young children to manoeuvre. I also love that the handle bars lock and can’t swivel around fully…definitely has prevented her from having accidents while cycling. The bike is so well made and she loves the bright red colour too!

Whilst Frog are nice bikes, many of their parts don’t last well and coast quite a bit to replace. Handlebar grips are particularly bad and the ever changing/easily damaged mudguards have extra parts to buy with them to attach.

Worth researching other brands as costs mount.

A must have for any little shredder!
My daughter is 10 and has been riding/racing Frog MTB & CX bikes since she was 8, winning both Regional Championships.
The Frog Bikes Team have been very supportive and friendly towards us. My daughter especially loves the Tour De France Road 70 !..and has also had so much fun shredding the dirt on her MTB 69.
In my opinion these bikes are a must have for any little person and they really look the part too!

Awesome! Our youngest, Leon (age 11) has been racing on Frog Bikes since he was 6!! In that time we've had several bikes, and they've all been absolutely faultless. We've experienced nothing but excellent service and support from all the team at Frog.
We have 3 local(ish) independent bike store's who are official stockists, which is great!!

My daughter is 10 and we were looking for a new mountain bike for racing across Wales, so we got the frog 69 mountain bike.
Her confidence boosted straight away on the bike, it handling and climbing abilities are excellent. Shes done a lot of racing on it, been to bike parks and we’re out almost every weekend at our local trail centre. She won the Welsh XC series on it.
The bike had had a lot of off road use since getting it and the forks and drivetrain were due a service. Our local bike shop were fully booked so we contacted Frog and they arranged for it to be done. Very happy with the service we had and the bike is spot on again and ready for this years racing hopefully!

We have two Frog Bikes (a balance bike and a first pedal bike), the quality of the bikes are fantastic. Light, well built and feature brakes, which has been brilliant with my daughter when she moved up to her Frog pedal bike.

The shop also lists loads of spares and accessories meaning maintaining the bikes and getting hold of new parts has been super easy. They are quick getting back to questions (both via email and social media).

Frog bikes is an excellent brand of children's bikes. bikes are specially designed for our children. they are of high quality and ultra light aluminum. my son leonard had the 3 balance bike models of the brand in 10, 12 and 14 inches. he was able to start cycling very early, at the age of one and a half with the 10-inch mini tadpole balance bike. Since he was 3 years old, he has been riding his first pedal bike, the Frog 40, and he really enjoys it. I recommend frog because for me they are the only ones on the market to be able to offer such good bikes for children.

We bought the Frog Tadpole balance bike for my boy and couldn't be happier with it, its transformed his riding and confidence. He's happy riding on the pavement, in the park and at the BMX track. The back brake, steering over lock, weight and size have been its best features.
He has now moved on to the Frog 48 16" bike and was pedalling almost straight away, all the balance that he'd learnt from the Tadpole was a huge benefit. I'd say the same benefits apply to the 48, Steering over lock, brakes, weight and sizing. He will happily ride 10 miles along side me on my bike.
I'd recommend Frog bikes for any little riders.

My daughter has been riding the Frog 70 Tour De France for a few months now and appearance wise it's definitely a head turner (lots of admirable looks from passers by as the striking yellow really stands out). It came with 2 sets of tyres which is really beneficial as it makes for a very comfortable ride on varied terrain. Due to lockdown my daughter hasn't been able to race with her bike yet (as she regularly competes in triathlons) but it's very lightweight which will be a great help in transition and will certainly save valuable time in competition. The brakes are perfect for her small hands and she said the saddle is very comfy! Overall we're very happy with the bike and looking forward to the cycling adventures ahead!

Seriously disappointed by this company. Customer service is non-existent. No answer from emails .
returned a purchase of mudguards and fixings. received a credit note, instead of a refund. Asked twice for refund, no answer. I would avoid using them, go for Islabikes instead, much better bikes and service
