Ordered back in January…. Still no product, no refund… this place is a scam

This website is a scam. I ordered my package over one month ago. They never delivered the merchandise because of an "incomplete address". I corrected the address three times with the merchant and USPS to learn that the package was being intentionally misdirected by Freshcart. My credit card company agreed with me within 24 hrs and I received a permanent credit on my account. Avoid this website at all costs!

I have posted a review below and this a continuation, with one less star. 23 days have gone by since I ordered AND PAID and so far all I have is a tracking from the UK, even though I was told it was shipping from the US, with no progress since six days ago. Fingers crossed but not very optimistic. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift too...

Scam company- i did not get what I ordered and when I contact the company someone in india replys in standard answers not willing or able to understand or help.

Ordered from what I believed was their Irish website. Any returns are meant to go to an address in Ireland but they state to make sure they are emailed beforehand. Once I emailed they said I had to return item to a US address at my own cost. Its a very expensive return. I will be looking into my options as I was given to understand I was dealing with an Irish company. I also incurred import taxes as it came from the US yet their email confirming order said it was EU mailing. Be careful, you are dealing with a non EU country, with regards to taxes and returns

I ordered african yams from the australian website. They were not shipped for over 4 weeks, then never arrived. I followed up with freshcart and shipping agency multiple times, got not response. 2 months later they send me an email asking how their service was, but yet again do not respond to where my delivery got to. Lodged a disputed transaction with my bank.

Outstanding service, my order was delivered so quickly as promised, fruit and vegetables are extremely high quality. In addition, the staff members are very kind, personable and keen to solve any order issues. Highly recommended!

I received my first Fruit Box yesterday and was really pleased with the quality and quantity of fruits. I was a sceptical about this service as I was expecting that the produce wasn't going to be very fresh. I'm happy you managed to change my mind. I hope you will look into adding meat and drinks to your inventory. I can say that overall I enjoyed the experience, and it also meant a lot to see the delivery guy wearing a mask and gloves.
